I haven't seen how it did or didn't work but it sounds to me like another half baked idea. We've not even got video refs at all SL games yet so I won't be expecting to see this fully developed in my life time.
Like the idea of a overhead cam mentioned earlier. Shouldn't be too expensive to install in the grand scheme of things but would be tricky to suspend from stands of differing heights and get the required angle I would have thought.

Looking forward to a good game. Somebody has to stop Cas and I don't see why it can't be us. I'm not going to make bold statements about giving them a hiding but I've a sneaky suspicion we might nick it. 18-10 Salford

The promo videos released recently by the club have been really good. Is there one for the magic weekend shirt, or am I asking too much?
It will be interesting to see where Todd fits in to Watson's plans tomorrow. He must have one to bring him in as I'm sure he's not on peanuts. With potentially four halfbacks on the field we could either be Salford Globetrotters or a case of too many cooks. If he puts some big performances in, a few people might rethink their expectations of what this squad could do this season

I thought Christmas was over. Hopefully this will stop anybody trying to tempt Gaz to move elsewhere. He's been, from my memory one of the best signings made by the club without being hailed as the messiah. Certainly in recent times. Irony is a beautiful thing

Small tear in his calf I think Watson said? Back training now, so is bmm, weller 3 weeks away Thanks Gadger. Shame that. These last two weeks would have been a great opportunity for him to stake his claim for a permanent place. He always seems to be a squad player, and I think he is better than that. I'm sure one or two clubs would agree with you there. I certainly do

For once I think they've got this right. Salford's fine is minimal with Hull fined more. The TV pictures told the story. Better policing and stewarding for high tension games like this would help prevent trouble in future. Let's face it, it was a joke at Hull

Have the RFL given any reason as to why he can't wear 99? I don't see what difference it makes. A few players wore 6+1 back in the day. Bobbie Goulding is one that springs to mind. Surely that is a bigger issue than a high squad number. Oh they do like to exercise their power

Fages in the second row? That would be a laugh. I hope he plays there when Saints come to the AJ Bell

Thoughts for the future. Chance to look at them against a Super League team

It would be a laugh if we had sold them. I don't think we paid for them did we?

Here's hoping. As long as Salford are clear of the bottom four, I don't really care having said that

Is Andrade still at Salford? I'd forgot all about him

Seems a strange one. Not so much the potential signing but more that it's been reported in the paper but no announcement from the club

I'm not into any of the kits for this year. Last season Salford were the best dressed in super league. They're not the worst kits around by any stretch. I can't work out why it wasn't released at the same time as the home kit. They'd have probably sold a few as Christmas presents

I understand what you're getting at but whats to say the club has announced all the signings they are going to make. I don't think any of us saw this transfer coming. It was mentioned a while back but the general feeling on here seemed to be 'no chance he'll come to Salford' As far as I'm aware, Todd Carney fills the last quota/non-fed spot. So, if there are to be more signings, they'll have to be UK players. This is the part that seems a bit strange to me. They've said there's space available under the cap for strengthening later in the season, but they've just cut themselves off from the biggest supply of potential players. That's why I wouldn't be too surprised to see Robert Lui move on. Fair comment. Time will tell
