A bit of good news: Gareth O'Brien has signed a three year contract extension, keeping him at Salford until 2020. Interesting that Ian Blease is promising more announcements to come as the season progresses. |

I wonder if, with Blease's past knowledge of the agent game, he's got wind of SL vultures circling to draw GoB away? Even if that's the case or not it's still good news for us!

I thought Christmas was over. Hopefully this will stop anybody trying to tempt Gaz to move elsewhere. He's been, from my memory one of the best signings made by the club without being hailed as the messiah. Certainly in recent times. Irony is a beautiful thing
