I have my contacts yes! Just a really worrying message coming out at the minute regarding cash flow we just dnt have that money in us high profile people have been spoken to the likes of ged Mason and such big money men but no ones interested, the club have the feeling the council just want to see us bleed ourselves dry and then can say it's not our fault! GED Mason already sponsors the Red Devil’s via the Morson Group so he is interested, but if he prefers to help Sale that’s up to him. In my opinion the present board are going beyond what they need to do to keep our club going through a very difficult period of time. In my case as a family we have supported the club over many years in various ways and will continue to do so as long as we can, we want the club to prosper, we will support the present board when we can with what we can. At present we as a family group hold nine season tickets, two 150 club memberships, were in Squadbuilder, members of the Supporters Trust, purchase all away tickets via the club, support any events that we can, we do that because the Red Devil’s are a very important part of our lives. Take the 150 club it’s quite simple really if a thousand 150 memberships were taken up that would equate to £150000 going into the clubs finances, which would assist the club greatly and I know that some people couldn’t afford to participate but others could if they really wanted to. With regards to rumours and inside information,I have been around long enough to take most of them with a pinch of salt and will await any true final decisions that come out.

Thats the spirit OSRD, all any fan can do is either support the Club by giving time into activities like supporting the Reds at the stadium or where its viable financially. I've got two ringers coming with me tomorrow, two pissed off Leeds fans that spent many hours yesterday in Manchester airport waiting for flights which were cancelled.

All I will say regarding our financial situation, it doesn’t help how many adult fans are getting in using children’s season tickets! It’s so frustrating, but they’re getting away with it so will continue to do so even though it’s crippling the club!! 😠

Still was great to see the youngsters there from the local clubs yesterday. Also it's gone really quiet on the Stadium front both from the Sale/Salford FC and Gerrard bid perspectives.

The aim of Seb Gerrard is to firstly acquire the stadium, then any partnership with the club and possibly Swinton Lions can be formed. I'd urge as many of you as possible to sign/share the Clubs petition its the best barometer of support for the club to stay at the AJ Bell. Lets see what this evening brings.

Gerrard was pretty vague and as knowing abit about what's going on he has no interest in rugby he has no interest in putting money into the rugby and the council are still waiting for his offer! People who think he will be our saviour I'm afraid will be let down because he's not!

He probably knows being a businessman there’s not a lot in terms of financial gain to being an owner of a SL club. Even you’re top clubs with big crowds still lose a lot of money so unless you’re a diehard to the sport or have a lot of money to spend I can’t see anyone getting involved. In terms of the stadium it would make more financial sense for him if he owned it as it generates a consistent decent amount of revenue for himself with not that much lost.

LH Red, why on earth then would a successful businessman waste his time blowing hot air and speaking to the media? I don't get it. If anything its Salford Council I question in doing the right thing for the community of Salford with the facility, and our Club. Imagine building a stadium and selling it to a club who aren't local - that would be some legacy for the people of Salford.
