Where to start??
Lost count of how many of our players were blowing from quite early on.
Sloppy mistakes need addressing now or this will be a long season.
Brown doesn't look arsed.
Never saw one player at any time try to rally the team.
Livett our best player today.
Really really poor and unbelievably disjointed.

Dropped Balls Penalties, Actually glad we weren't able to go. Even a Drunken Night/Morning in Lloret wouldn't make me feel better.

Really poor
Little spark going forward , predictable and no energy - Brown offering nothing and bit of a liability in defence
A lot of poor defensive reads and another heavy points against total
3 tries in 3 games speaks volumes
Worried for the season , doesn’t seem any structure from the coaches , don’t buy all this need time to gel - don’t need to gel to make tackles and show heart

Salford are in a Relegation battle! We at this time are ****.
We at this point are by far the worst team in super league. Leigh are poor but they turn up and compete at times, on the basis of what I have seen in the past three games the Salford glass is well empty almost dry. The last three games are as bad as I can remember for 6-7 years.
Thought Taylor and Pauli tried in defence as the only positive. Kev Brown belongs in the Championship he's so slow and flat as pointed out in attack. Start Patton or Atkin and drop Brown we have no attack.
Don't mind getting beat but our team is being humiliated and the blame lies with Marshall. What has he been doing for the past four months, to me it looks like he has had the team on the beach.
Given the squad we have and the attitude shown in games its a joke what we are watching - they've had four months to gel.
Very disapointed.

Echoes of the start of last season. We were awful the first 6 or so games and (IIRC) the Wigan game just before lockdown turned the tide (we were crap for most of that game tbh but managed to turn the tide).
Difficult to take many positives from today's game and I'm leaving it there as too deflated.
I'm going to leave it here though for future reference.
WE WILL NOT BE IN A RELEGATION DOGFIGHT.
**** start to the season and lots of doom and gloom but things will change. There are some good players in this squad and a coach who has done good things in his career.
Oh and we've lost to teams who are 9/9 this season. Is that another positive?🤔

I AM NOT HAPPY. I've watched worse performances over the last 40 years BUT there's a team there who should be doing better.
Ah well, I've plenty of experience of being deflated.
And people ask why we do not get more attending so we have a better business model.

The games we lost in the first 4 last year We were smashed by Saints (worse than this year). We lost away at catalans (better than this year but a similar ref first half) and lost badly at home to a very average Huddersfield team. We offered little in attack or defence in any of those games We also beat Toronto in a far from convincing performance. If we beat leigh next week I would say we’re about even with last year. And last year we had a coach who had been there the previous 3 seasons. It’s too early to be panicking but it is very very frustrating |

Positives .........
I thought Wells did ok,Pauli,Seb and Tui persevered.
Livett is a clever player with class,but not helping our right side defence,so not really sure of his best position

Catalan far too strong in the tackle and going forward and well drilled.
We're trying to form a team with a new coaching staff and 19 new players
Ormondroyd, Ackers, Patten, Wells, Mossop, Ika for me had good games
Half backs not bad with little ball, backs awful, Escare sadly nowhere near up to it.
Sio full back anyone?
(and then they show the Hull defeat😩)
