As long as we hold our own I think we should all be happy. Am I right in thinking only Wakefield have done the double on us and we got revenge in the cup. I wouldn't say we've been embarrassed yet either, our 2 heavy defeats have been after the double headers and we won the return fixture. I really fancy us against anyone. I also think Cas could come unstuck and our game at there's could be to decide who's top going into the last game. 🤞 Think Cas have a very difficult run in, Leeds @ Leeds just a bastard of a place to go and win for anyone let alone a local rival, Hull FC seem to have clicked at the right time of the year, big local derby with Wakefield always a banana skin, Salford tricky for us as they will definitely see it as owing us one and finally a trip to Catalans who are in all likelihood going to be fighting to try and avoid the bottom 4. I'd put money on Cas winning the league leaders shield but with those fixtures I'd not be surprised for a slip up or 2 from them.

League leaders shield isn't until after super 8s is it?
I think our run on is pretty tough, saints improving, Huddersfield have turned the corner, Leeds are Leeds, then cas away. Leigh won't be a walkover and we may have an eye on the following week.
No easy games now

No easy games now I agree gadger - no easy games between now and the end of the season, but there's a lot of motivation going in to all of these fixtures. The motivation with the Leeds and Castleford games is pretty obvious. Beating Saints and Huddersfield and sending them both in to the bottom 4 will be hilarious. The RFL will be expanding the Super League to 16 teams for the start of next season at this rate.

Another, ANOTHER glaring example of nearly but not quite.
I need possibly 8/10 tickets for the semi and want to buy them all at the same time, but I can't.
The club beseech people to bring new fans along and then make it impossible to do it the simplest way, I might just buy them from Wigan and sod the fee the club will miss out on.

You can only buy your own and one other before general sale, means then that you don't get concurrent seats/tickets.

There's a chance the initial allocation of 4000 will have sold out by then, just like there's a chance that Swinton will win the Challenge Cup next year. In fact, there's less of a chance that the tickets will have sold out by then because we don't have 4000 season ticket holders, and therefore there won't have been 4000 sales. I presume that most people will go for the standing area, so there should be plenty of blocks of seats available.

Just order them online on Friday instead. Problem solved! I'll go down and sort it, just irritating that you can't just do it, apparently Wigan ST holders have unlimited sales so can just buy as many tickets as needed. As for Swinton winning the final I'd rather drink some of Hillbillies brown beer while in the company of Mr Dixon Carnster - You and the Old Man making the trip down or saving it for the final?

It would be interesting to know the background on some people's usernames. Some are quite obvious, others not so much!

Really needed a drum roll or thunder of the Trumpet Voluntary for an announcement that huge. I just hope SRD's next signing is as big but it'll have to wait a few days now so everyone can recover from this post!

Mate you've got over 5 weeks to buy tickets for the semi-final starting from tomorrow morning. I'm completely behind the club allowing them to go to season ticket holders first, hopefully this will make us get a few extra season tickets next season.

Just been down to the club and purchased 5 tickets (2 for season ticket holders and 3 for non season ticket holder and one of them being a Warrington fan) Got them altogether in seating block O as one of them is for my 78 yrs old mum who is a season ticket holder for many years and went to Wembley in 69.
Believe tickets sales as described by the girl in the window as `MAD` but in a good way. Michigan, if you want the tickets together, just nip down and the staff will sort it for you. If they sell out there current allocation, then they have a facility of asking for more.
Hope we do have to ask for more and the vocal support, can get the best out of the lads and intimidate the opposition as we at going to need as much support as we can get. If we come out of the blocks early we can do it.
