I know a few have already had flags etc made would be great to see a real sea of colour from that West Stand when them boys run out
Red and white ticker tape, streamers, balloons etc (there'll be a few in our end anyway!)bit like the Division One Grand Final at Widnes in 2003 it would look immense on TV when the teams took to the field.

Just been trying to get some hospitality tickets, the RL have not finalised yet, so 'early next week'. Must be a major exercise!!! How do they always make a town halls of everything?
Anyway marketing said they sold 1300 today and over 2600 altogether and they've asked for a second allocation!
The Salford Reds are Rising.

Same old shambles down at the Club. Got a large group of ex Salford fans together for the semi and we thought we'd treat ourselves to the hospitality and get a table.
Rang Warrington, they got back quickly......... it's in the hands of your club. Rang the Club 4x and ........it's up to the RL we think .......we'll get back to you......don't know anything about it mate.......the person who deals with it is away!
Left my no a few times and still waiting. All my mates are asking about arrangements, prices etc!
I wonder why people don't bother. I wonder why I bother.

I ordered my tickets over the internet on Friday and much to my surprise, they arrived in the post today! Coming up on the train from High Wycombe on the day, a 14 hour day - but who cares? As two fingers to the mad notion of 'Manchester', I'll be wearing the tee shirt below Cheers Jimmy

redjack....all I can say is as regards your enquiry re hospitality, is please keep persevering...and I know exactly how you feel. The reason why I say keep going with your enquiry, is obviously we need yours and your friends support on the day no matter what, keep going and get your tickets.
I know how you feel and as I have posted on her previously, I made the same enquiry re hospitality in the past for the game at the AJ Bell for the game v Leigh on Good Friday. I enquired 3 times re a box and taking 12 friends/family to the game at a cost of about £1300 quid ish, but didn't get any reply whatsoever. I complained and still got no reply and still waiting to this day, but still I went to the game with 2 mates and sat in the East stand. Yes the link between the club and fans needs to improve but it wont stop me from going especially to the most important 80 mins of the last 19 years or so. COME ON, take as many as you can..i`m upto 5 at the moment so full car, but still banging the Salford Drum for more.
Well done to jimmy aswell and love the shirt also.
Anybody know what the current sales are as I know it was going well in the early days of ticket sales as I'm quite sure if we can get a good crowd no matter how mighty Wigan are, I`m quite sure we can intimidate them and get behind our own

Bought my tickets on the internet, bring it on I'm not sure why I did it (probably to save about £1.50, me being tight), but I did "collect at box office" rather than send by post - does anyone know if this will mean I have to pick up at Warrington on the day, or they'll have them at the AJ Bell?

I did my some over the phone and the choices were send to home address or collect from aj bell, so I assume its same for you. Thanks for reminding me though I had totally forgot about that, heavy weekend...

I happened to be working in the area today so nipped to the AJ Bell to buy and collect tickets. I asked about semi final sales and whilst the lady didn't know a figure, she said they had got an extra allocation of terrace tickets and that there were plenty of tickets left in the seating area.

See what transpires Sredf'ever. All this talk about people not coming really gets my goat when they can't even get simple admin right. To get an answer about anything you spend ages going round the place trying to find anyone who can help. I've got a dozen people asking me what's happening and the club haven't a clue.
Over the past 2 years I've brought about 30 different people to games, collected their details given it to the club and what happens...nothing. Cos they're not idiot twitter red wine drinkers.
The club really needs to sort it out, even the smallest of clubs have far better admin than ours.
I've also had people offering marketing, IT, admin help but you never get a reply. Why don't they try answering a phone query or replying to an e mail. Had hospitality at Wakefield, Wigan, Saints, Warrington.....all get back to you straightaway, brilliant. And they follow up about other matches and events. Our club nothing.
So as far as I'm concerned why bother if the man at the top wants to rant, and the man managing wants to plead let them get on with it. It's not marketing the club needs its someone who realises that the world doesn't revolve around people putting stupid instantaneous messages on twitter.
RANT OVER!!! Nearly
As an aside ring the club and go to option 8 ticket sales......the voice offers you ways of buying a 2017 season ticket. And the marketing team want people who come rarely for a focus group; how do you contact them, twitter of course but part of the answer to their question is I get no info cos I'm not on twitter...brilliant
RANT FINALLY OVER

Talking of Semis and because of the "most distant" thread I was reminded of a semi where I was touching down more or less at Heath Row when I noticed RL on the screen in front coughing and spluttering my upgraded hardly alcoholic (Erm) beverage such was the shock, I put the ear phones on.
And beggar me me it was those Old Devils and they were in the semi that day!(That's how out of touch you could be abroad then not so much now of course!)
I was supposed to be connecting to Paris and then Carcassone but rearranged all that hired a car and got there just in time to see them lose!
To this day I'm convinced I was bad luck so be assured everyone I won't be at this one TV beckons In the vain hope that that makes all the difference.

I've heard rumours Ian Blease is with the RFL, Wigan, Hull FC and Leeds in London choosing potential hotels for the final (touch wood).
I also heard he's working on Manu Vatuvai's visa down there and looking to expedite his acceptance to the UK so he'll be available for our final regular season game against Leigh the week before the semi-final.

Called down yesterday for my Leeds tickets and spoke to receptionist.
ticket sales v leeds.....could be better (but that's not unusual is it). Me personally hoping for 5k
ticket sales v wigan......knocking on the door of 4,000 sold and they've asked for some more but obviously the sales have now slowed considerably.
Still not bad and the more the merrier.
