If ever there was a game where a decent turnout is required surely it is this one? A repeat of the MPG should be enough on its own but recent events and with it now being a TV game present a great opportunity to show a bit of Salford defiance to a wider audience. Also the chance of us going into a cup quarter final and no clashes with football either.
I've managed to get a couple of lads from work to buy tickets so lets hope for a decent crowd.

You can bet that HKR will bring a decent following so it's important for Salford fans to go in number and make some serious noise.

After Friday's huge win at Wigan, Salford sitting pretty in 2nd place in Super League and all the hard work the supporters have been doing putting posters up around the City let's hope for a decent turnout. I'd be very disapointed if it's anything less than 4,500, sounds like Hull KR will bring 1,000+ as it's their biggest game of the season and they took a lot to Leigh in the previous round.
As for the game itself I can't see anything else other than a Salford win. I expect Mossop, Sau' and Flanagan will all be back in the squad. I believe Todd Carney will be fully fit for next week too.
Salford 34 - 16 Hull KR MoM - Robert Lui Attendance 4,501 (I think we'd get 5k+ if it wasn't on TV)

On form we should win, but there is no such as an easy game in RL, and Hull KR and their fans are going to want a win, we just need to want it more. My ears are still ringing from Wigan, we need more of the same on Friday 👹

Not too sure who's available or who's back but there's a few including Evalds and Lannon who can't be replaced if Sau and Obrien comes back respectively. If it's the same squad with the likes of Mossop and Sau back id go with.
Evalds Bibby Sau Whelham Johnson Lui Dobson Tasi Tomkins Mossop Jones Murdoch Masila Flanagan
Brining Kopzcak Lannon Walne
What we do with the likes of Obrien,T Carney and Huaraki is Watson's headache to deal with.

I'm really struggling with the fact that you make no mention of Krasniqui. He has really made his mark, and deserves the same treatment as the other vastly improved players, who should keep their places.

I think the squad choice will boil down to knocks and injuries. Watson said after the match that we were down to the bare bones ourselves, although we should have a few back in contention for next week. I can see the team being tweaked a touch, but I think that if someone is 50/50 they'll get an extra week to recover. Remember, there's another double-header weekend at the end of the month where we play Catalans on the Friday and Wire on the Sunday. Both will be crucial games as well as the trip to Leigh the week after next.

I think you will find that the trip to Leigh is actually a trip to Newcastle.

Yeah forgot about Krasniqi. I think not only our squad depth has been good but the high quality performance from some of the 'squad players'has been. God knows who you'd pick at 13 if flash is fit.

Probably should be noted that it is £15 for season ticket holders if you buy the ticket by the end of today. I found out by accident as I got mine today.

No Walne, Griffin or T Carney in that 19 but the names listed look very strong.
Just goes to show how much strength in depth we've got. I can't remember the last time we had such depth.

Think Carney is proving to be a waste of money,do hope that Lui is signed up long term and Carney quietly slips out the back door come the end of the season.
