The Board hasn’t been mentioned LH, it seems to be your obsession..but you have to realise that people have different opinions
We’ve been on a survival path for a long time and now it appears we’re in debt, owe (d) the Council money and apparently can’t buy players…but still, as Dixon says, we fight above our weight, due to the coaching teams skill. But of course when injuries pile up we’ll suffer…but I wouldn’t swop Rowley for any other coach in the League and he can’t keep this up forever with v limited funds and presumably will leave for a bigger Club.
Yes by infer3nce you can say it’s the Boards job to generate the money and bring in the crowds…but at least Gerrards actions stopped us going to ML, so we have a chance

Please, all parties, can this schoolboy nonsense be stopped. Including, but not limited to, open taunts, belittling, constant insinuation, sly digs, and barely disguised word salad. Everyone gets a clean slate but please don't make me moderate. It's really nice not having to police nonsense and I rarely have to do anything. Let's keep it that way, as I'm sure I speak for most on here that we're all a little tired of reading the same sh1te from the same people.

We are paying that back, we have debts so do other teams. We have raised 365k and just had our biggest gate ever. We then have Leeds/Leigh/Saints to come at Home which should be decent gates and that is without factoring in the CC QTR Final money which is half the gate. If anything with Lannon and Sarginson off the wage bill our financial position must be stronger than at at the start of the season and will improve over the next month. Will we bring in new players this Season? I do not know. If what JJR purports is true and Kallum cannot play v Leeds then lets at least consider Greenwood as an option (Wright is out/Unsure about Stone). A second row of Dixon and Longstaff does not fill me with confidence. |

Rowley saying 3 in this week - Ackers/Croft/Brierley and 3 missing out. talked about naming 19/20 players in his press conference. Lets see what the squad brings. Not seen Watkins training, if he is not fit play Stone/Partington in 2nd Row. Gerrard to Loose. Greenwood needs a run out IMO, Dixon/Hellewell/Longstaff/Addy have had their chances. |

This is bullshit, No Greenwood again for whatever reason, No Loan players in either. Not having the 'we've no money' line, we've just raised 365k and had a decent attendance v Wigan. Surely we've got a couple of grand floating about to cover a loan forward for the one we've lost, and 9 days to make preparations like other clubs do to fill in our gaps. If Greenwood is fit and we are not playing him its ridiculous and on Rowley.
Can't see anything but a Leeds win with our 11-13 options on Sunday, though Rowley will probably play Lafai in the 2nd Row.

Trying to keep a Leeds pack quiet with Holroyd, Oledeski, Walters, Lisone, Smith, McDonnell and Bentley is tough days work. Why on earth we do not loan a forward with time between games is very short sighted. As for your mate Rowley JJR, sometimes his team selections baffle me. I reckon he will put Hellewell/Lafai in at 11/12 this week. Matty Costello to centre. Teams have found us out this year moreover we cannot run round them, they know our go to plays which came off so well last season. We need to adapt. |

MTR, I don’t know enough about the players or RL to criticise Rowley. Over the past few years with little resource he’s done wonders, not only in results but the way the team plays,and he’s trying, for once, to hang onto the best players.
We have a small squad and each year we suffer injuries, he puts a team out in which he believes each week, doesn’t whinge, we have a bad patch and he gets us through it. Each year I’m glad we look up the table because of the coaching teams efforts and not down as we used to.
I’m sure if the resource doesn’t come he’ll get fed up as Watson did but he’s way better than the guy he succeeded and in my view better than Watson……but the Club needs to generate funds or this will keep happening.
Just been to Lanky and seen the worst batting display from a supposed captain who is on the international stage, ever. Livingstone…7 runs of 13 balls, shoulders slouched and totally uninspiring and the old stager Croft totally inspiring with a quick 50
And Wakey now beat Wigan🙃

Let's get this right,we are not a top six side.We are a bottom six side who might get in the top six,if at the start of the season you would have said to me seventh I would have said good season.

And the one prior to Rowley which the Club engaged really was dire.
Rowley was Watson’s sidekick and a good job he was around and took the job or we probably would be in trouble with another like Marshall and the lack of resource
It’s ok trying to get bigger crowds, but people come to watch good competitive rugby, and that needs resource up front
