It is relevant to some if if you read it; about what HKR doing about IMG and PC thinks it’s a benchmark. If the words are too difficult for you, let me know😉

I’m trying to open your mind to the wider aspects of RL🤣, outside the boundaries of Salford
(actually this should have been under the IMG thread 🙃; apologies)

I’m trying to open your mind to the wider aspects of RL🤣, outside the boundaries of Salford (actually this should have been under the IMG thread 🙃; apologies) The only attitude worthy of a superior man is to persist in an activity he recognizes is useless, to observe a discipline he knows is sterile, and to apply certain norms of philosophical and metaphysical thought that he considers utterly inconsequential.

I wonder if the loan facility was approved yesterday? Not heard from the Harbinger of Doom (MEN) yet on this from a reporting perspective so I hope all went to plan or that Tory bitch Garrido.
To LH Reds passionate post (Attendances) about the commitment of Paul King in terms of his personal investment and ticket sales for Sunday, I was impressed with the way the players have got behind the initiative and the club have tried marketing from a different angle. It costs nothing and makes the offer more compelling, I'd urge everyone to share this on their Socials its the best possible way of marketing the club.

This is an MEN article confirming the stadium and land purchase by Salford City Council is progressing. Why do the pricks that write the MEN always hang our club out to dry. The article mentions nothing of Sale Sharks playing there, it just ties us to the council then finishes with a Garrido Tory rant. I believe this paper has some kind of agenda when it comes to our club, may be they just want to report on Football.

Didn`t like this comment today :-
`Sid Sutton, the Sale chief executive, tells Telegraph Sport that the club are on the brink of signing a deal that will give them operational control of the AJ Bell Stadium that will further accelerate their growth.`

Paul King did say at the 150 club day or after the Cats home game that we were close to agreeing a new lease on the stadium, again commercial control accelerates our growth.

Sale will have commercial control and it’s to be expected if you’re paying £750k pa and your fellow tenant pays a fraction of that. With that control comes the commercial benefits but also the responsibility to manage the stadium with all the costs that come with that. Salford are just not in a position to take on that risk at this moment such as replacing a pitch or repairing the stadium should it need it. As soon as the deal is done then our 22.5% deal on all hospitality revenue kicks in so it’s in our interest that it’s concluded quickly.

Well it's essentially all the Tories are good for with their government does nowt where it matters and does something awful where they can attack some vulnerable group or other to stir up nonsense. If you think of their policies as the opposite of the way the world should work you'll be about right.
