I thought midway through the second half their failure to score from all their pressure might cost them. Was not impressed by Hicks in video booth. Both looked tries to me in real time and he seemed to need too many viewings to confirm refs decision.
So proud.

Has the price of tickets changed much since the last time I was there?
At least this time our winger shouldn't be semi-concious for most of the match!

I was right by the side of Billy B when lumpy Hartley elbowed him in the face Spoke to Chris Hesketh a no of times and he says a definite try. And when you watch it, it seems that way

The really great thing about today is that Warrington thought it was their right to be there. We're there every year...NOT Kevin Brown must be really made up as Warrington dumped him. And as for Widdop, £200,000 + a year, rubbish. And towards the end the stand off threw it away with two awful passes to the wings and a kick out in full
And now we have to keep Inu.

Nice to see the main sports headline on the 10 o'clock news putting us centre stage!! Oh no my bad.... it was about Leeds reaching their 1st CC Final in a massive 5 years.🙄
As for fans potentially being allowed in at Wembley (I can't see it tbh) I'm buggering off to Fuerteventura for 11 days on Tuesday so will be watching the game in a bar before I leave to catch my return flight home. I did look for a flight back on the Friday (via Birmingham) and got all excited before I remembered I have to self-isolate on my return so I wouldn't be going to the final regardless!😭
What a bonkers 12 months though... no Salford fan could ever dream of Grand Final & CC Final appearances.

The great thing is the stalwarts playing in their last season; Flanagan, Welham, McCarthey, Inu, the hard working journey men Burke Williams Kear Dudson and the rejects from their clubs Tui and Brown all get some glory
Wonder what Big Ben, Hastings and Bibby, as well as Jones and Griffin think about it all.

Did anyone watch the game in a pub? I watched at home and it killed me! Surely the club (or anybody) needs to try and sort out a few big screens somewhere we can safely watch, please just anything! I can’t watch the final at home.

Not sure BMM will care much but I suspect the latter three in particular must be crying themselves to sleep tonight. What’s the process for giving Watson the freedom of the City?

For starters he should be in the shortlist for "Coach of the year" at the SPOTY awards. No doubt it'll go to Klopp (Scouse git😏) but I can't think of anyone more deserving than Watto who is an utter genius for what he's achieved.

Hope it hurts Hastings the most. Left for Wigan to boost his NRL gig prospects. Slowly ebbing away after watching his average performances for Wigan, especially his no show yesterday, coupled with watching NRL all through lockdown. Just proves it wasn't all about him last year. The grass isn't always greener, Jackson.

Harsh on Hastings. He was behind a beaten pack but, yes,he was anonymous. How about we look, then,at the constants who’ve taken us to both finals. Joey,Inu,Flash,Moose,Dudson,Tui,McCarthy,Welham. Who’ve I forgotten ? Big raps to those guys. Sadly, most of them are leaving 🥴
