The redraw of the RLCC means St Helens have had a lucky break not having to get past us in this round ... a few sighs of relief in their camp no doubt.
What does everyone think?

Anyone who wins this year will always have an ‘asterisk’ next to their name now which is a great shame. At least the games are being televised on the BBC so I definitely wouldn’t get rid of it but it’s still a little tainted.

I think I'd put up with an *. Far better than having no * this year.

Where is the draw going to take place? behind closed doors? or live on tv? are we going to be number 6 or number 9? , does it depend on who is the home team ?, if 6 or 9 is drawn out next. I say go back to the old numbers, where your number is the same every round, we were always number 21. just my thought. But to be honest it is a shambles this season,

Yes, I'm sure you all felt the collective sigh of relief wafting down the East Lancs road. Its not quite made it all the way over to Anglesey as yet, but I'm sure I will feel the mist at some point.

In the seventies the draw was made live on look north, we drew Wigan at Central Park. When they got to the end they found one ball on the studio floor, they had to do the draw again, this time we drew Wigan at the Willows. They beat us. You could not make it up.

The sooner there is no BBC the better.
Can't wait to get some CC action, somehow the league this year feels totally unimportant.

To spice things up now CV 19 has caused some lockdown in Catalonia, Catalan are to play 7 home games just over the border in Perpignan. I assume viruses stop at borders. France is beginning to shut borders down. So this certainty should be good for those planning to play Catalan away.

You get the feeling that the whole season will be a wash out.
It can't be worth it to try and get crowds back this year.
For me the whole thing should be written off and we should do a weekly 9's comp.

Basically agree MR but All sport now is about Sky money. Look at what they've done to get the Test Matches sorted ( which I really enjoyed incidentally) Life now is not about quality it's just about money: sadly we're like the States where their god is the greenback.

True, and the best way of looking at it is the fact that there’s money and Sky involved means that they’ve bust a gut to play, after making sure there are secure environments, when they wouldn’t have done otherwise. I’ve enjoyed the cricket and NRL,both of which fall into that category.

Here's some clarification
So if there is a public draw it will be a very short one.
