Crabtree is nearly over the finishing line but he's waiting to see if any top 4 clubs want him.

Crabtree is nearly over the finishing line but he's waiting to see if any top 4 clubs want him. [ Murray is one for developing. Still young to be one of our 4 first choice props every week. Would like another experienced one in there so Murray can be drip fed into the team. If he's good enough and strong enough then fair enough but it's a big step up from under 20s to SL week in week out In theory Crabtree gives us that but he's been a bit underwhelming for last 2 seasons from what ive seen. He's very likeable though and I think he Weill be good influence with younger players and will be good at publicity/PR/visiting schools and junior teams and the like. And he is massive!

Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere but heard from a very reliable source that Mosssop was likely to be joining our ranks.

Crabtree is nearly over the finishing line ...... That's been his problem ....
Well, we needed a Bigger pack I guess 6'5" & 19 stone fits the Bill , but he's not going to put in the minutes Kopzack Burgess did .
Tasi - Kopczak - Crabtree- BMM , going to have to reinforce the dressing room bench if true
the Question is he's been a 1 club man through & through since 16 , can he put in the work for Salford at 34 ? Can he rediscover the form from 2014 when he made 2600+ metres ?

Crabtree certainly seems to get on well with the doc.
I hope we don't do to Murray what we did to Hagerty.

I believe after the Mossop and Hardaker signings it will complete the squad for next year. Wouldn't rule out any late buyings like Jones this year.

Crabtree certainly seems to get on well with the doc. I hope we don't do to Murray what we did to Hagerty. He may well go out on loan but I don't think he'll be away all season. Murray has been signed with the intention of developing him into a super league prop I would have thought. Hagerty seems to have been loaned in in case we had an injury/suspension crisis as we did under Harris
