It will probably be the same team again but with McCarthy starting at loose forward (if fit) and Yates on the bench. Brown in for Atkin obviously.
If it was up to me I’d drop a few and play the reserves. Sio saved himself with 2 tries and an assist but hasn’t been good. Welham and Williams can’t defend. Lussick needs a kick up the backside. Yates has done nowt. God knows why Pauli is starting as its blatantly obvious he shouldn’t be playing full games.
I’ll be happy with an improved performance and signs that they are up for a fight.

If I recall last time we played away at Catalans it was on the back of a disappointing Salford performance and a Catalans master class the previous week, we all know what happened there. I have a funny feeling we might just beat them.

Will be interesting to see what changes will be made as Watson said in one of his post match interviews that 'we can't keep rolling with that group' after the Wakefield defeat. Maybe an away trip to Catalan will be what the squad need in terms of a potential team bonding etc, as 4 consecutive home games is quite strange and to be honest it's not the most atmospheric place to play.
We need a couple of wins soon though as 6 of our homes games will have been and gone by March 21st, which is then followed by 5 consecutive away games. I get the rhetoric that has been coming out from the club about building into the season and peaking at the right time etc, but maybe they should also have taken the lopsided fixture list into account as well.

Wow this is a depressing read!😩
People on here are going on as tho Catalans are Saints-esque! Fact is they've played 3, beaten Cas at home, been tonked off Hudds at home and managed to scrape a win at Hull after FC blew an 18 point lead late in the game.
Yes we've been poor but I'm not convinced we're in for a drubbing as some are predicting. We'll need to tighten up the defence a hell of a lot but if we get through the first 20 minutes relatively unscathed we know how unpredictable Catalans teams and fans can be.
They'll be expecting a walk in the park but I expect a backlash from our lads and hoping that with Brown back in the the it'll give us a bit of organisation we've been lacking.
Either way, let's give the team our full support and hope Saturday's game is the start of us turning the corner.🤞

And Cerveza Every Salford fan appeared to be in El Pub tonight. Nothing against the place but the beer is average and it appears to be the only gaff in town that has Sky Sports, hence everyone packed in to watch W*nky v Cas. Gonna be a few sore heads on the coaches up to Perpignan in the morning (he says whilst supping G&T in his hotel bed)😋
