Actually now Widnes relegated we might get Warrington and London get Catalan. Could have been worse if Toronto had been promoted...then Toronto Derby away on Good Friday and Catalan home Derby on Easter Minday. Warrington would surely make sense. That would do nicely, I can though Warrington being first game, either home or away. |

This thread is now well off topic. However, if Easter is really about local derbies, shouldn't the fixtures be:
Warrington v Saints
Wigan v Salford
Huddersfield v Leeds
Castleford v Wakefield
Hull v Hull KR and
London v Catalans?
And a really off-the-wall idea: play the reverse fixtures on the Monday?

Will level the playing field somewhat, reckon if they struggle at all there will be strife and players off. Still think they've brought in the wrong coach who will just change it from Thugpack to Thugpack 2.0.
Widnes, Bradford and I reckon Halifax will make a better fist of it.

Sure this earlier and my only thought was there's an angle in that decision. Nothing to do with LS all about T TP in my estimation. |
