How refreshing is the statement from Andrew Rosler, confirmed approach said he was going nowhere but made it clear it is our club & we need to get behind the club is we want to maintain players like lui

endorse everything that has been said, was impressed with all the new signing, Littlejohn missed a tackle just before coming off, he was so angry with himself for missing the tackle, I liked that.
The biggest single plus for me was the crowed plus of 2000, I also parked on the stadium car-park as I did not anticipate as many being at the game, got off the car park straight after the match, they had coned off one side of the road, which allowed the traffic to flow out at the end without being help up. well done to the club, some positives on & off the field yesterday.

Carnster,I can’t argue with anything you’ve said. We are where we are and probably where we deserve to be. Without a benefactor and with finance guys on the board we will have to cut our cloth according to our means. We can worry ourselves silly but so what ? We are starting the season in Superleague with a decent squad,on the face of it MK has done the decent thing and it could be far,far worse. Of course, there will be challenges. We have genuine supporters managing our club. They need as much financial support from the supporters as possible so we need to get behind them. Fingers crossed, certainly! I think for me you have summed it up perfectly! If we want it to succeed & are as passionate about the club as we claim, we need to put our hands into our pocket & kick start the new era good or bad.

I have been pretty critical of MK, however new board in place, I will now renew my season ticket this weekend. Under no illusion, without finance the club will struggle, if we genuinely want the club to succeed you will get behind the club & give it the support & hope this is a new beginning.

I used to walk to the ground using the canal walkway to reach the stadium, don't know if this will be possible now because you would need to cross the new road to reach the ground?

I'm with tony13, the most important question must be what is going on. Others. Does Paul think that the current uncertainty over ownership is good for the players welfare? Does he think that the Easter schedule should be changed for player welfare? Will (or maybe they already do) offer end of playing career opportunities to players who wish to stay within the game. Was Paul surprised that Adrian Morley has now left the game. Does Paul think that Sky and there total command on TV schedules puts player welfare at risk with shorter than ideal turn around periods? some very good question asked about players welfare, however also still in the dark about the future of the club, I am still waiting to part with my money but the club don't look eager to collect?

We wonder why the Sky rugby league is dying, if you ever want confirmation the sky league want Salford & other unfashionable teams out of the super sky league, look no further.

I think it appalling what Peel are doing, they take enough out of the North West, millions in profit each year own half of the North west, tax exile living in the isle of Man paying very little or no tax & expecting us the tax paying public to foot the bill. I hope Salford & Trafford go after the highway robbers in the form of Peel, they have my support. In other news, the enterprise of Peel Holdings and a forward looking council transformed Salford from where it looked like heading into a commercial and media hub. I’m sure we all remember the red brick wall down the length of Trafford Road. From there,Peel helped attract the BBC Remarkable We should remember peel have built there empires on government funded tax payers money, they use very little of there own funds, they are very clever people. I don't knock the enterprise of Peel, they have regenerated Salford for the better, but don't kid yourself these people will screw every last penny out of us. I am not defending Salford council, although they have continued to support our club when less than 1% of the Salford public, actually bothering to support the club. I unfortunately don't know the actual terms but Peel will steam roller the councils into submission, with not a thought to the residents of Irlam.

Agree Carnster and I wasn't having a pop at you. We're going through another change which is frustrating but I think it needed to happen as the fans have to take responsibility. I think he's done it on advice and from what he has said he expected to go through about 3 weeks ago but lawyers need to take their time to make their money! Once we reach Christmas I think we'll see a much more positive approach. My fear is the Supporters Trust, it got lots of enthusiasm from a few but from what I've seen doesn't have the right level of ambition. I believe their are a number of well connected people in the Club who need to be engaged but I can't see this forum engaging them. It seems to be just s continuation of Forever Reds but I hope I'm wrong. Beaumont did say to the Doc that Leigh is where it is because of the Save Leigh campaign and I think that's what engaged Beaumont, but that from what I've heard was a much more open and engaging organisation. Beaumont did say to the Doc that Leigh is where it is because of the Save Leigh campaign and I think that's what engaged Beaumont, but that from what I've heard was a much more open and engaging organisation. I think this point hits the nail on the head, MK listens only to himself, I believe the answer lies in the club, unfortunately both fans & the club are poles apart & I don't see that ever changing with MK.

I think the general opinion is MK will still be directing the ship with puppets at the front to take the flack. He for me is still calling all the shots, this can be seen on twitter, he cannot help himself, advising all who care to listen when the next player will be arriving, not someone who is about to step down.
I have not renewed my ST & will continue to wait to see what changes if any are about to happen before renewing.
