Ah that makes sense now, thanks for that. I've absolutely no issue with organizations like that. I still think the shirt was awful but I suppose the message is more important

I've just seen a tweet that says the bailiffs will be knocking on our door for money that the club is ignoring/refusing to pay. Is this what you were referring to Redrum ?? That doesn't sound good. Always a drama of some description and not only since MK saved us from oblivion which a lot seem to forget

Why were Salford playing in that bloody awful Harlequins style kit? They've got a perfectly good away kit. I think we had the best strips in super league this year. Much better than some from the past. Remember the arsenal lookalike with white sleeves?
I'm glad they won the game. Even if it's only an exhibition. I think a cross code game with the current players may have generated a bit more interest. A match with Sale at the AJ Bell would be a nice idea. They can have the away dressing room

Another point I've just remembered, TS left salford because when he confronted MK about next year, he was told MK didn't want to stay on, that uncertainty then forced his hand. Marwan has said they had a gentleman's agreement that if he was offered a head coaches job he wouldn't stand in his way. He was offered the job at Hull KR and he took it. I don't see it having anything to do with MK staying or going. I'm sure Sheens didn't think he'd be coaching in the championship though. At least he won't be poaching some of the good signings he made whilst at Salford. Which was my concern when I heard he was leaving for the other side of the hills

I think that assessment is a bit harsh but we all have varying opinions I suppose. I'd rather he stayed as I think he works well with Dobbo and O'Brien. If he can get that knee sorted in the off season, he'll do well for us next year

The fact that the RFL haven't sorted out what they are doing about Huddersfield is ridiculous. It was months ago. Unfortunately they've now got two incidents to sort out. The only saving grace is that the footage looks far worse for Hull KR. Whatever they throw at Salford, they SHOULD throw at KR with bells on. If I owned that club I'd be sacking a few of those stewards for standing watching people fight. If they're scared of stepping in they shouldn't be doing the job

Self edit. They signed for this year. I'm getting ahead of my self

Going off topic a bit but are Mitsubishi on board for next year? The hybrid match organized by them would suggest so but I can't remember reading how long they signed for last year

I think he was only brought in as cover, which he did. Probably didn't cost a lot. Fair enough he didn't set the AJ Bell alight but I don't recall him making a load of handling errors or getting cards, leaving us a man down

It was good to see Moz wearing his Salford gear when interviewed on Granada about the Grand Final. Last weeks victory has raised the profile of the club (positively for once) and we need to capitalize on this. Ok it's just a polo shirt but he's getting the badge seen by non rugby people. In the past I wouldn't have been surprised to see a Salford employee wearing a shirt from his old club when being interviewed about a game involving them

I'm sure He'll thank Saints for that. He should be man enough to make his own decisions. I didn't think he was getting that much game time so why miss the chance to represent his country?

He's always been good at sounding off. I don't know anyone who enjoys his commentary so I doubt he'll be missed. I didn't know they held niche sports in sixty odd thousand seater stadiums. Imagine how a fan of curling will feel reading that. He'll probably make a living making after dinner speeches
