It's seems like a different season since last time we played wakey at home. Massive game again for obviously different reasons. Have to win this if only for a confidence boost going in to next season, although if we do win I know I'll be thinking "if we beat Leeds away we have chance..."
I'd get Obrien back in, just to change it up a little evalds has done nothing wrong but the team just aren't clicking. Hopefully sau is back, koppy fully fit and refreshed, same Big Ben.
Wakey are a strong team in good form, but I think (hope) the week off will give us the freshness we need to get back to winning ways

Squad announced. No Dobbo or BMM. Junior and Welham return. We MUST have GOB at full back and give Plan A a go again. Stuff Plan B

I wonder what the deal is with Dobbo? Is he injured? Unfortunately I see another defeat coming this week, but I hope I am proved wrong.

I can't remember the last time I saw so many people leave the ground so early. Twenty minutes to go,next to us. Wheels are truly off. Difficult to pick a scapegoat, probably all of them except Sau and Johnson. In fairness,Wakefield are a good side but we also know that we'll lose the next 3 games. In terms of thinking outside the box, whilst there's not much you can do about the pack,I'd move GOB to scrum half and recall Evalds. Don't see the point of persisting with TC if he's not here next season. Not his fault we lost but,for heavens sake, let's try something different

The club is an absolute shambles from top to bottom. How can you go into the season with the amount of props we have and as for people like George Griffin what a terrible forward he is! Offers nothing yeah we're missing a few key players but if we dont go out and invest in some props we'll be nailed on for relegation. Antony england made to look a world beater

That last night was an utter disgrace, so called professional players walking around a rugby field doing passable impressions of headless chickens.
Carney has a world class kicking game yet couldn't find the in-goal area to try and force a drop out countless times.
Every single restart found the exact same mown area and was 15 meters short of the goal line, no variation on the medium length left kick.
Hauraki looks like he doesn't want to play in the front row, not sure he is big enough and seems like he wants to hit and drop at the contact every time.
I don't know if it just me but BMM looks to have piled a few llbs on in 2nd half of the season, he started the year off like a house on fire when he was leaner and fitter.
Lui needs to stop his jump sidestep before every contact as it is virtually useless.
Why has Johnson bulked up so much, he used to be lightening off the mark but now seems like he needs 5 yards to get going, remain convinced his future is as a centre not as a winger.
Watching the NRL and most teams manage with a hooker playing 80 minutes so why do we feel the need to have one on the bench, start with Brining next week and leave him on for 80, he is young enough and fit enough to do it.
Why we are looking like losing Krasniqi when there are numerous 2nd row options who are just not as good is beyond me, Griffin is lucky we are shirt of forwards or he'd be lucky to carry the water.

Quite agree with above, although I thought hauraki did make yards going forward. It seem to prove that our fringe players just aren't good enough. TC in the first half was in first receiver position 2nd half was out wide and became Mr Invisible, just did not see him

A PS to my last post. If ,as it seems, we are going to lose the last three games, why don't we change our plan A, one man rugby and do a plan B ie throw the ball about, nothing to lose. When we once did it last night Greg Johnson scored. We are to predictable every other team has worked us out

Griffin looked knackered after 20 mins. At least 3 players carrying on with injuries. Carney and Lui just does not work. Slow in the backs and battered in the forwards. We made Wakefield look like world beaters. Manu and Carney I think will both be off at the end of the season, these were Koukash signings and are both not worth the money they are being paid. GOB looks like a rabbit in the headlights. Why was Josh Jones stood throwing a ball in the air for 50 mins ? Why has BMM put on so much weight? I fear our chairman will pull the trigger after next week when the inevitable defeat happens.
