Agree to most of the above. I challenged Kilop as to call someone a "soft arse" surely you have to have some sort of evidence to back it up? Since we signed him JJ has seemed to be a model professional and the sort of player we have craved over the past few seasons of instability. He's also a bl00dy good player and, as pointed out, should be a cornerstone of this team and what we're trying to build, based on his ability, on field attitude and talent. His injury record isn't excessive so intrigued to hear more if there's something we're all unaware of.....
Other than that I'm more than happy to wait for something official from the club.

To be fair to the previous poster he was dropped last year seemingly unexpectedly, there were rumours at the time as to why which I have no evidence to believe were true, but that does mean there is some previous with unexplained absences
I agree with the majority though, let's just enjoy having no bad vibes around the team for a change and trust in Watson whatever the reason. Hopefully he's back on the pitch on Thursday and puts any potential rumours to bed

TBH I have no recollection of him being dropped and I don't really follow social media so not party to most of the rumours that do the rounds (one of the main reasons I avoid it if truth be told). Too much idle tittle-tattle/gossip/BS etc.
Seems really strange with such good vibes around the club for something to be wrong but I won't lose any sleep and will wait for any official announcements. Let's hope this forum doesn't degenerate into what the Scarlet Turkey was with trolling/bitching/gossiping etc. It's actually nice to be able to read about rugby for a change and indulge in decent intelligent adult conversation!👍☺

He's tried RU so he's clearly career focused,although that didn't work out.
Expect he'll give 100% for the rest of the season that that'll be that

I agree. No problem with players doing what's best for them. It's a short career. If he goes, I hope he goes out on a high after a great season.

This could support kilops post, coming to the end of his contact could be paving his way out. Be a shame as he's exactly the blue print of what we need but if he doesnt want to be here then we move on.
