To base any financial projections on a HOPE that something might happen in a certain time frame is at best naive and in reality…. in reality WHAT? what would your decision have been in the close season? you are constantly criticising those running the club. seeing as how you clearly believe that you know better, please share your wisdom with us instead of spouting trite nonsense

Why is spending more money than you have and ending up in debt which you can’t manage with cash flow problems ‘trite nonsense’?
If you want the simple principles of zBusiness Planning there are lots of commonplace texts around…In the end Business Planning is about choices and usually after d3veloping the Plan you employ techniques such as a SWOT Analysis to test it…getting it wrong results in pain. The detail I obviously don’t have.
Annual income £ 20, annual expenditure £19 19s and 6d…happiness Annual income £20, annual expenditure £20 0s 6d …result misery …… (C Dickens, David Copperfield I believe)
As has been said If Rowley hadn’t achieved great success last season we could have swopped placed with Toulouse because of our IMG score which was low because of our finances…we are the bottom of the IMG pile now going into next season..if you don’t think that worrying that’s your choice…we may survive this financial position but it may cause us relegation with IMG

I just tend to ignore anything he posts and read the unbiased comments (oh for the block user functionality we had on RLFans lol) Also, it wasn't "hope", it was an agreed timescale that the Council have either seen fit to ignore or become mired down in the usual red-tape and missed. The cynic in me says the former as the elections are over and the Mayor got a lot of political capital from the stadium deal. The realist in me knows it is due to the latter as that is how local and central government and the (un)civil service works.

SH, totally untrue….the only reason I post is concern about our situation..You of course won’t read this but if you did you’d realise that:
In reality now it now appears the Club is in Special Measures…like being in Administration without its severity…the RFL will probably appoint somebody to dissect our finances and in th3 short term we’re likely to have to cut costs…maybe reduce our playing staff bill…I sincerely hope not but this is reality
Anyway I’ve said enough…but I’ve bought my season ticket…so I’ll leave it to those who think positive thoughts and I hope your thoughts come true

Sorry Chief but I couldn't read that, is it published elsewhere or can you summarise? I wouldn't bother, it's just another indirect link to yorkshire live and Matt Shaw rehashing the same old b0llocks he's been throwing around all week - all speculation and no facts

mostly by you, every 30 minutes for the past 6 months on average If Rowley hadn’t achieved great success last season we could have swopped placed with Toulouse and if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle

Sorry Chief but I couldn't read that, is it published elsewhere or can you summarise? It says RFL will appoint a person or company to oversee the financial planning to make sure we have costs covered. If not, cuts may need to be made. Player wages being biggest possible saving. not sure if it’s all rubbish but first I have seen about direct involvement as opposed to overseeing.

It's ridiculous in my opinion that folk are falling out with each other, if everyone had the same opinion it would be tedious, different views can be expressed with out having ago at each other. Now If Leigh and Huddersfields benefactors left they would be in special measures the only thing Castleford have over us his cheeper food and drink and a scoreboard and remember Beaumont took is ball home once before people go on about support Huddersfield are talking about moving to a 10.000 seater stadium they have given up on attracting more spectators. Lastly I wouldn't call the people running the club I have never run a business so it would be pointless. I will say that sometimes I feel we could be informed a bit more.

I am living in the world of facts.
🚑SRD had a cash flow problem.
🚑The RFL has agreed to forward some of the TV money.
🚑The RFL will advise/support/scrutinise SRD’s management.
🚒Energy prices are falling in Yorkshire due to the dynamism powered by Dboyz’s spinning head and the toxic gases from the client journalist’s cyber sh!te.
Obviously some big questions about how, who and why this all happened. Sorry if we have have any desire to be a community club, then no more excuses, just answers please- and February is too far away.
Let’s learn and move forward.
