I have absolutely no problem with any of the people who want to join the board my only concern is if this person is a Salford fan as I wouldn’t want anyone joining to use Salford to improve themselves as what’s happened with a few people in the past who have used the club to make themselves more successful in their own businesses etc
After reading all the statements made by the candidates they is only 3 or 4 of them I’d have on the board

It's a shame that out of all the people who bought shares we don't have more people putting themselves forward for election. I guess a lot of people can't give up the time. Fair play to those who have put themselves forward. I'd like to have seen more options (more than 7 for 7 positions) and people with proven success as directors, in business, fundraising, large scale projects, commercial engagement, event management etc. I think we're still going to be lacking a dearth of skills on the board. But, we won't be lacking commitment and enthusiasm.

Saw a worrying report from the news today that looks like red tape will hold up the stadium deal well into the summer and will mean we miss the deadline to apply for the government grants of up to 2 million so looks like more tightening of the belts will happen, cos it looks like this season we won’t make anymore money than we are now for our home games because the deal is not round the corner I’m afraid!

Assume this situation is planned in tho LHR and we can’t rely on something which isn’t there

Similar to all the Rowley overreaction that we saw, I think we might need some facts first on this one.
Anyone any thoughts who we can nudge at club or council to get an official update?

Gary Carter says the latest estimate is for a June completion on the staduim. He has wrote an Article with quotes from Inu about the Paul Rowley situation

Just picked up my share certificate and pin badge. I feel like a real supporter now. Sadly, it's a bit too far for me to travel to many games. I'll try to get to one this year.

Where did you collect these from Tony? From our mail box in the village. I live in Crete and mail delivery in villages is to a set of post boxes at convenient (?) locations. Houses don't have addresses, unlike the UK.
