Yes it’s about the broncos because they know Tony rea but it also says there looking to invest in super league if opportunity arose! I think that would make us a good prospect in that case and I'm sure that in the interview PK said an investor would be more than welcome.

I’m probably being naive but always wondered why no one has looked at us and bought us I suppose unless your a mad rugby fan it’s not going to do anything for you,I also believe there’s some real historical debt to the council that would have to be paid up before a takeover!

The new player wages is an ignorant, if not pernicious suggestion. The combined wages of the players signed (even at the most generous) will be around £30000-40000 per month. So it’s not those players wages, but the whole running costs of the club. It’s a cash flow problem. I do think - as at least a learning process and to avoid this in future - that the club needs to review its financial decision making and strategies. May I suggest we look at how community owned football clubs operate. FC United has a Development Fund and Weekly and a one off Holiday Prize draw (with Lancs CC). Plus one off fundraisers such as for instance for a player Abbie Walton to pay for treatment for a serious injury. Meanwhile AFC Wimbledon similarly raises additional funds through a development fund, curiously through their Foundation Trust. .
