It was not a classic by any stretch but Salford did enough. Credit to the pack for standing up to their forwards, Hellewell, King, Singo, Stone were magnificent. The Wire tries came from our own errors rather than a great brand of Rugby. One thing I noticed yesterday was how flat our line is at times, it one of the reasons we sometimes struggle to make yards and attack to compared to last season. Lets hope Syned can play as his leg was heavily strapped after yesterdays win.

Morning Maurice
This notion of the "classic" is part and parcel of the quality comments.
It was just a tight game between two nervy sides with an important outcome.
The edge of the seat stuff, the end to end nature and the errors, constant niggling and drama all mean it was to all intents and purposes an awful game to live through as a fan and only enjoyed as a recording.
There were tons of things for both sets of fans to take away no one gave up until the final whistle and both sides worked hard and refused to go away.

I doubt every single HKR fan feels that way Robin, they'd be unusual in any sport to all think like that, let alone TGG. Remember this it the sport with Total RL among it's social media with a set of admin and posters that would soon put that idea to bed.
Good luck in the play-offs by the way!

I recall him catching a player high but it was more lazy and than reckless. Neither the ref or video ref thought it was a sin bin so I don't see how it warrants a ban. A Warrington player made a similar challenge but hasn't been banned.
