Shame the weather looks like it'll let us down from 2pm - 6pm. Rain could help us on the outh though. Negates a bit of their speed

I'd be amazed if we didn't add at least 1000 walk-ups tomorrow. If you purchase online you get stung for b*llocks "admin" fees etc so some people (quite rightly) refuse to pay them and pay on the day. Paying £4 on top of £47 ticket fees is scandalous so if the club can manage their own ticket operating system moving forward (as suggested by BDB) it would be a no-brainer.
I'm hoping I can drag my dad & brother down early enough to avoid the pre-match traffic chaos...🤞

With Leigh, Warrington, and Saints losing beating Wigan would be a huge win for us - a gap of two to Leigh, and four to both Wigan and Saints.
And we play Saints, Leigh (both home), and Catalan away in 3 of the next five games. If we can win two of those plus Wakey and Leeds I think we'd all but cement a top 6 finish.

They can’t possibly know how many will turn up on the day, a couple in our family are on holiday. That does include ST holders, free tickets to community groups (1k) and then finally all paid for tickets including Wigan fans which were at 800 a couple of days ago. So any tickets sold today and walk ups tomorrow won’t be in that total 👹👍

Firstly, amazing atmosphere before the game today. Well done to the club and all involved.
Secondly, I know it's only half time and I now I'll get slated because people remember the past but Sneyd, this year's has one of, if not the worst, kicking game in the league. Absolutely shocking in the first half from him and it it's most games.

20-6 down... Kick off long. Then he nailed it with that kick to Marshall for the final nail in the coffin 🤦

Another dreadful performance really. Are pack is just to weak addey and Halliwell at prop would get smashed by most champ teams. We just don’t have the depth and with Brierley Croft and Akers out I fear we won’t make the playoffs.

But, we're apparently spending £2.02 million of a £2.1 million cap, which I find insane as it means we are one player short of spendin the cap, so we must be overpaying player to have no depth.
Outside of that, our kicking game is dog week in and week out. Today we kicked ourself out of field position on every set. Every one around me noticed it. It's obvious every week.
We've come up short against the big teams: Saints, Warrington, and Wigan away (after leading in each), and Wigan at home. We beat Catalan at home, so 20%.we haven't been great at home either - limped to victories against Cas and Wakey at home and lost to Hudds at home. The biggest change from last season is losing Danny Orr as a coach. He was also around when Cas played their best attacking rugby under Powwell.. Maybe there is a connection? Either way, right now, we're not troubling anyone for a trophy until we kick better and the attack sharpens up. The defence was great in places today. Four sets before their first try.
