I hope thier first win isn't against us at the end of the month when we go to their place in a five day turnround after playing Wigan.

The Leeds forum would be an excellent read if they got beat off Wakefield. I'd love it to happen. I'm sure they'll win a game or two this year but I can't see where it's coming from at the moment. They couldn't create an overlap or a break against 11 men. Is Gale fit yet? The Leeds fans do have that silly expectation of success based on previous achievements. Fortunately there are very few sore winners in RL, a list of about 5 with the Kangaroos at number 1.
I don't like to be critical of other teams or even their fans but social media seems always to make things worse.
I remember once a Bradford fan shouting at their coach and when I said look you were just outplayed today his response was
"It's alright for you lot you're used to it!" I think he meant losing and the top clubs do tend to have that sort of success as a right and winning as taken for granted that there's a psychological inability to cope when it doesn't work out that way.

They couldn't create an overlap or a break against 11 men. Is Gale fit yet? Exactly this. Leigh defended really well but (IMO) weren't amazing and still managed to put 30 points on a team with a 1 man advantage for over 50 minutes and a 2 man advantage for about 8 of those. Wakey look completely shot. No confidence & little quality in the squad and they don't look up for the fight at all and seem to have accepted their fate. Leeds have got plenty of injuries but I'd be amazed if they lost to Wakey. The only way I can see anyone losing to them currently is through major complacency.

"The only way I can see anyone losing to them currently is through major complacency." Leeds more than capable of this. You also have to factor in that teams don't want to be the first to lose to them now, creating a few nerves when expectation isn't happening.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that Wakey will get their first win this weekend. Bold statement, but as bad as they have been they'll have at least one game where they'll click and at home to local rivals Leeds may be it. No chance! As bad as Leeds are, Wakefield are absolutely appalling ATM, folly lane would give them a game these days!! It will be a penalty knock-on-athon but judging how badly they played against the 12 man leotards, Leeds will scrape this one for me.
