A closing thought on this Wigan have now confirmed they have lost Havard for the season, Cooper was out already and Bryne was carrying an injury and playing poorly. They were desperate for Dupree and will have paid well over the odds.

I think any deal involving money and a seasoned useful prop was exactly that but Wigans's buys for next season are all about IMG panic rather than just losing a few forwards for this one. Again it illustrates how fragile this system or talent conveyor belt nonsense really is. |
