Yes generally we’re cementing the contracts for our better generally more mature players but possibly beginning to lose the younger players Dupree Luckely Wright?
On Sunday he wasn’t his usual self, better contract presumably, so cash in…we generally are a feeder club….but let’s start a bidding war for him. He’s had to play too many minutes for us and at KR they’ve got a bigger squad…£250k wouldn’t be bad…Obrien, Ben MM left and we survived

Maybe he wants to force an improved contract , no one wants to move to Hull from the UK . People who are born there don’t mind it and the odd overseas player sold a dream
If he wants to genuinely leave then we need a good fee and maybe a player too to cover the squad
Shame if he wants to leave though , we’ve given him a chance and a big stage but ultimately up to him

I like Dupree and wouldn't want to lose him, but if a player hands in a request then obviously doesn't want to be here no matter if signed a new deal till 2025 or not, get as much a we can for him and let him go, his head obviously been turned

It's a dick move handing in a transfer request mid-season but if KR want him that badly we should raise the asking price and take the money. We've been in this situation plenty of times before and we'll find another rough diamond to polish.
I'd understand if if was Saints or Wigan, but HULL KR? The mind boggles.

Get him binned great player and will probably end up at a top 4 club but to do that mid season when we could still could end up in both finals is a shameful move. Sell him and get a few replacements in

Simple as that, not many players leave us and ultimately thrive especially recently! Shares the same agent as Evalds and was once a coach! Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out who |

How fans going react on Sunday to him now, knowing he wants to leave he's been excellent for us this season, we are the ones who gave him the chance in super league, very bad move in my opinion, like above if it was one of the big boys then could understand, I'd have him in reserves this week

I presume his agent has told Tyler what a nice payrise he'd be getting. Given that RL players don't typically make a life changing income, I can't blame him for wanting to take a bump in pay. But, I don't like how it's leaked to the media, presumably via his agent. Keep it private and negotiate what you want behind the scenes. Still, I won't be booing him while he pulls on our jersey. He'll have my support like all the other players. He has a right to want to change clubs, just like we can all change our jobs. He's definitely made a mistake in his approach to it - or let his agent do so.
KR obviously have some cash now and are shaping up to be a force next season. They have a decent squad now and Peters has done a tremendous job. Hiku will likely end up the best FB in the league. Gildart is a quality player in SL - many backs haven't succeeded in the NRL, including Watkins, Burgess, and Tomkins, and I don't doubt Gildart will be one of the league's better centres again. They are definitely on the up, while our future is still a little uncertain.
I think the only option now it to get as much money as possible for him and reinvest it (if we can) - if the Trout deal hasn't been finalised with Leigh or elsewhere, target him. Maybe we can swing a deal for a youngster like Nsemba or Hill from Wigan.
