This isn't going to get any better. The coach is supposed to be able to change fortunes. Get teams over poor patches. Make bold decisions. Inspire and man manage. Build confidence and team spirit. He's doing none of these things. Where is our game plan? Can anyone tell me what our game plans are?
You have inspirational players like Moose who looks like a different player. Unable to tackle, penalties and no ability to lift team mates. I hate to say it, but there's a chunk of this side that should be in the championship. Not SL players.
Ultimately though it's down to the coaching staff to get the most out of what they have. Getting a bit sick of people using the 'he inherited these players' as an excuse. Watson, as much as I hate giving him credit, would have had this team in a completely different place and he constantly inherited a different side each year.
The club need to do something. If we can see this surely they can to?

Paul if we dont do anything to try and rectify the situation,then we look into the abyss.Yes we all have an opinion and their is different opinions.We can't change the team we are where we are,If we can't change the coach and if Rowley is still with us I would beg him to take over.We are in a dog fight with Leigh and Wakefield it's not to late but we need to do something and quickly.I don't agree with the people saying we can't change the coach,because if for what ever reason we are in that position,we might as well throw in the towel now. |

I don't think Rowley is interested in head coach positions. At least, he wasn't when the job was available for him before RM got it. Maybe he could see it was a poison chalice even then. As a fan looking in from outside all I see is a shambles. It's a team game but head coaches take that responsibility of taking all the plaudits when they come, but also take the fall when it goes wrong. The thing that worries me the most is that this team has no real fight in it as a unit for whatever reason. We've been in a purple patch since the start and there are no indications of anything heading in the right direction. The players need to hold their hands up and say it isn't good enough, but so do those coaching them. It looks to me like RM has lost the team for whatever reason, and we all know what happens when that is there for all to see.
Some tough decisions by the club coming up I think.

Relaxed. We’ll have a new coach by then Only if Mr King receives a loan from MK. Surprised that you have the dagger so deeply entrenched when you know the financial state. I would give him an ultimatum myself - say 6 games to turn it round then if he won`t resign put him on Gardening Leave. |

Don’t think he’s up to it and suspect he’s lost the dressing room. Don’t need to be a psychic to figure that out.

Bonitared we don't need a philadelphia lawyer to tell us something needs to change But surely their is more chance to alter the situation we are in doing something,than doing nothing.We can't afford to let it go on for another six games before we act.If we do we could be relegated by then.I just can't work that one out give him another six games.If I am missing something I would like someone to tell me what it is. |

The injuries can't go on like this and every club has a bad season of injuries, Wigan going thro it a bit and Leeds two years ago, but we seem to have been hammered
There also seem a few players who are going thro the motions Patton, Roberts, Lannon so maybe sort them out first
Having said all that Leigh seem to be developing strongly with smaller squad a a good no of injuries.
But we have no leaders on the pitch like Brown Flanagan McCarthy
