Watched Leeds v Wakey last night; made us look ok. Think Wakey's problem is that they're playing on proper surfaces instead of that cow patch

Reffing last night ok but some obvious errors by the ref, seen on tv, and therefore seen by the video ref; why can't there be simple communication to correct things?
Still don't understand the 'ball steal, one on one rule' costing Wakey the match. Ref supposed to have called held, but Wakey player didn't hear, so why not give the ball back to the Leeds player, as used to happen?
High tackles; tall players tackling smaller players often hit the ball which as the momentum carries on deflects to the neck/ shoulder but not in a dangerous way. We suffer a lot from this having a lot of tall players. But to me that's not a high tackle.
The only ref who seems to think and get most things right rather than being a pedantic automaton looking for little errors is Thaler.

To be fair, it's our strongest side bar Burgess.
Saints are just a side that is completely one, honed over a number of years. RL can be cruel or can be forgiving so it's still anyone's game, it's just the percentages for success favour Saints.

Thought it was someone else’s turn at full back ? I’d have Burke rather than Addy Yep. Could play Burke at 13 to interchange with Taylor. I was thinking he’d be used at prop but that works too |
