Think I’d go Escare Sio Watkins Costello/Kear Williams Tui Brown Moose Ackers Ormondroyd Pauli Wells Taylor Patton Seb Lussick Roberts/Livett (Not sure that Marshall will agree though 😊) Not far off. Costello gets the nod in the centre. Livett starts in the 2nd row. Wells on the bench |

We were controlling the game. Got to keep catalans in the arm wrestle and you can wear them down. But one unnecessary offload and we concede 2 soft tries. Really poor. Long way to go so hopefully we can back to what we were doing for the first 12 minutes and get back into it

Silly mistakes again. And if Thaler is gonna ping us for trivial stuff then we have even less of a chance. Catalans know how to milk the ref at home games when they have a partisan crowd.... there's no excuses for refs to be conned in an empty stadium.
And as I type this we concede another soft try.....🙄

Come on...we are absolutely diabolical....shite defence...all this talk before hand regarding working on defence....it really is laughable. No idea when we are near there line....players look unfit, overweight and will be lucky to keep this below 60

crap first 40....observations are....defence is paper thin, passing to no one in attack apart from the touch judge, knock on`s at play the balls and Catalans sitting all over us delaying the PTB...which I dont blame em if they get away with it.

Cant blame Escare for that first half....Pattern blowing harder than a steam train and the kicking game is not much to shout about either.

If Escaré is the problem,heaven knows what that says about the defenders in front of him.
Both centres have missed crucial tackles,and other individual mistakes have cost us.
Sarge would’ve made a difference,but in the centre,not at full back.
Doesn’t McDermott know that less is more. Turned off the sound,and I’ve never done that before

Line speed in defence between the two teams is ridiculous. Our second receiver is getting pinged at every PTB whereas they're getting time & space to build momentum as there's no pressure on them.
We've made so many basic errors though we're just killing ourselves.
