Hudds makes sense, can be there in no time against the flow of traffic, not being a I told you but this is what I suggested ages ago.
Smacks of an offer he can't refuse as let's face it it's hardly anything other than a sideways or maybe even backwards move.

A strange one really Huddersfield are a club that hasn't done anything really in a while and have been knocking about usually lower than us for the past few years. A sour way to end really after the video that was put on last week it seems from the statement he decided yesterday.

I've always thought in a situation like this can we not say no, you've got a contract honour it?
I hope we do the same with anyone he wants to take with him.

I thought we'd deffo kick on next season with him in charge and signings rumoured we are getting, but he'd probs take most of the coaching staff with him and now we gotta find someone capable of filling his boots

I'd have forgiven a move to a bigger club. Makes sense for him. But after putting out that positive video and extending his contract until the end of next season, to do this feels a bit like a betrayal.
I'm glad of what he's done at our club, but this way. This manner. Has soured it for me.

So we go from a Grand Final 2019, CC final 2020 to needing to replace a highly successful coach.
All I need now to complete a truly terrible 2020 is a winning ticket tomorrow night that gets ruined in the wash.
Genuinely do feel like crying.

He’s been great for Salford and Salford’s been good for him.
