Can't see us being interested in Peyroux, another 2nd row/centre is the last thing on the shopping list.

According to the newly published RFL list of off contract players we have these guys yet to sign a new contract with us or anyone else:
Burke (I’d forgotten about him when i did that list, i think he’s earned an extension) Chamberlain (I’d give him another year or two) Inu (obviously!) McCarthy (I’d keep him if he wants to stay unless we need the cash for a prop/hooker/half)
They’ve got Flanagan, Welham, Lussick and Dudson as confirmed leaving
Seb doesn’t appear on our list or Huddersfield’s
Not too many props on the list - Flower down as joining Toronto so might be an option depending on what happens there
The entire Catalans prop dept seems to be off contract and not yet sorted - Kasiano, Casty, Baitieri, Moa
Taai at Huddersfield Dan Murray at Hull KR Kopczak off contract at wakey
No one else too inspiring. Dec Patton, some bloke called Jackson Hastings 🤷♂️

What's Tasi doing? I'll get me coat
I'd have Murray back as he always seemed like a grafter and maybe CK on a 1 year rolling deal.

I’d have Murray back. He’s solid with a decent work rate and still young enough as a prop to improve
Just read that Amor is off contract and wanted by Leigh. He’s not on the RFL list so maybe it’s not all that accurate 🤷♂️

I see A player with a Association with Salford, Ryan Brierley Has Resigned for Leigh. He seems to be Competing with Levy Nzoungou for The play for as many Teams in his career award(If they was one).

Chamberlain or Kear as second string back up,but certainly not both Both of them to me disappointed this year Escare Sio Inu Williams Burgess Costello Watkins Sarginson and Livett if needs be, seems enough for me at this stage. Maybe a young up and coming from a disbanded second team might be added

At any other time over the past 10 years Chamberlain would have been a shoe in week in week out, it's unfortunate for him that he's signed when we have an embarrassment of riches in the backs.

He’s had injuries at the wrong time and there was one game he did play, pre season or early on,where his defence was exposed and Watson seemed to take against him. Generally, that means finito.

Like this rough tough Aussie McQueen on 3 months loan at Huddersfield. Signing McQueen (Hastings aside) has for me given Hudds the 2 best imports currently playing in SL.
Sezer is every bit the player Hastings is, he's just not stood out the same.

Kear has been excellent in the few chances he’s had. Pretty much only played as part of the ‘2nd team’. Chamberlain has been injured for most of the year. Had a mare at preseason friendly at Warrington but not played much since. Did nothing wrong against hull Kr or Saints

The Kear Inu combination against Wigan was defensively awful. But we have a limited budget and enough backs, why are they needed when we could invest in another youngster like Costello if necessary.

But we have a limited budget and enough backs, why are they needed when we could invest in another youngster like Costello if necessary. Totally depends on cost. I like Kear, think he has classy touches but suffers because of his physique. He’s a solid reserve but,if we can find better for the money then he will be replaced, and that’s fair enough. Its about the budget
