They've done a very reasonable job with Covid and games though. I may have mentioned this before, but the leadership at the RFL is second rate, maybe that’s all we can afford or attract. They've done ok with COVID ,perhaps, but why oh why does he say that he can’t guarantee survival. It makes you wonder what’s happening to the £16 million fund. As a leader he needs to motivate others and he didn’t need to say that. Bonita I think we both agree with each other on this. There's alot of "didn't need to say that" in our favourite sport. Who'd have thought you could fit so many people who can't control their typing into one sport.
Kallum Watkins would be worth a punt under Watto, pity we've no dosh.

It seems now we've got Watkins and others from Toronto are going to other clubs that the questions arise; which players would want to risk playing for Toronto and will Toronto have to start any new season with a completely new team? Besides the fact that for equality to other teams and to keep to the rules of the RFL that Toronto will surely be penalised 10 or so points for going into administration. Remembering we were docked 6 points for a more minor rule breach and Bradford were justly penalised for going into admin.

I know they were in trouble because their owner was in the Oil Business( I think ) but if they were just short of cash that's not the same thing at all.
I didn't agree with the points deduction process everytime it's happened in the past it is too negative and has always affected players and clubs really badly so I'm not going to support it now because it TWP, am I?
You're on the money with the new team of players at the start of next season. Interesting times ahead!

I suppose the real point is that they didn't fulfill their contractual obligations of playing matches and paying players, whether or not technically in Canada its administration I have no idea. I just can't see anybody wanting to take a chance for stupid money and go there. Must admit I think I'd get O'Brien back now as a utility player. Covering half backs full back and the way the games going hooker

" JJR" Must admit I think I'd get O'Brien back now as a utility player. Covering half backs full back and the way the games going hooker Don’t get this obsession Salford fans have with O’Brien He had one set move and when that was sussed he was awful. He left a long time ago let’s leave it like that.

That ship has now sailed and I don’t see a rôle for him at Salford, with us having signed Escaré

Though signing their players apart not much to do with TWP.

The prospective new owner of Toronto, which has spent, apparently, 5 million and so far owes wages of half a million says "the finances will take care of themselves"
Well that's positive....give him a deal

The Unofficial Official word is the only thing Holding Toronto from the 2021 SuperLeague is four clubs, Not agreeing with it. Hull KR. Wigan Wakefield (Surprise Surprise) and either Castleford or Huddersfield, One of the Reasons Neil Hudgell quit Hull KR Is because they Were Considering letting Wolfgang back in. And what bloody right do Wakefield have to have any say who play in the SuperLeague, They've taken the Piss out of all the teams that have spent money on new stadiums or wholesale Rebuilding.
