MR as you know in RL everything generally revolves around money.
The team getting to the Grand Final and him getting a form of intenational recognition increases in some eyes, value.
So presumably Blease over the past couple of years has had to negotiate with higher expectation from players and possibly less money.
We will be a feeder club unless the Board finds a way of generating funds.

Great tackle but from what I remember he was out of position to start with.
Good player, good servant to the Club. He probably has his worth in his mind and others either don't match it of can't afford it.

Sorry mate, Evalds quite good but not in the Paul Charlton class.
Yes Charlton used to do that on purpose, from what I remember of the great Evalds tackle it wasn't the Charlton shadow tackle.
Really like Evalds but always thought his defensive positional play not quite there at times; but we differ in view, no problem.

I think he certainly wasn't in the right position but more than made up for it.

I don't think I remember Paul Charlton being out of position defensively.

I remember Billy Burgess turning him inside out with a sidestep and Charlton seemed to pirouette to catch him and stop the try.

I never said that he was in the same class as Charlton. Just reminded me of him, that’s all.

I could only Dream of being able to amble and then Sprint as quick as Evalds, I doubt any of Us could have made the tackle even in our long gone youth. Probably.
