Don't remember him being that bad, he'd definitely add to the squad and if not at full back he's got a hell of a try scoring record on the wing.
Evalds is gone come seasons end, it's now a dead rubber so why not try and get something out of it.
If not Evalds maybe a fringe squad body from Cas.

I'm not sure anyone strikes up a relationship with Wayne Bennett. It's like developing a vibrant social life with a signpost. I once had a brief relationship with a Give way sign outside the Lidl in Northwich in 2017 It was probably a lot more interesting than Wayne Bennett . |

Don't spend much time in the South, try to keep away as much as possible from the plastic cheese eating surrender monkeys. Much prefer Flanders as the beer and cheese are so much nicer.

I know not many will agree but I'd see if they will swap immediately for Eden, proven try scorer and more than capable full back. Don’t you remember when he was at Salford for a short while? He is suspect under a high ball, can’t tackle and his defence is atrocious. Apart from that he’s fine. Does he still have an ongoing ABH court case as well? |

Eden is the obvious choice, personally I'd like to see Evalds released to join Cas if they him want it so we can shop for his replacement in what is very much a buyers market. |

I was insinuating that they might be lining up Evalds - for a fee hopefully. Eden is out of favour, couldn’t catch a cold and might still have an ongoing court case (can’t find anything on that being resolved) so I’d be surprised if they put him at fullback. |

He was set for trial this year - just had a Google as it’s been a slow day (!) and can’t find anything other than it was originally set for 22 April. Possible that it’s been pushed back due to the Coronavirus lark but can’t see anything on it being dropped either. |

Have heard no whispers but do have a gut feeling that there is more to Evalds leaving than we all know about right now, would be horrible if 1 of the best players in a red jersey in a generation was to have that reputation sullied somehow.
