Relax guys. Lots of new players, he's got to find the right blend as it's a team game.

I know it is squad. But I still think a coach should put out what he considered the best 13 from the start just my opinion. I agree with this. Nothing more frustrating than to see us bring on better players when we’re 12 points down. That why I’d start with Seb and Yates. Theres an exception to every rule. Last season we had Logan Tomkins starting and then brought on Joey,a better player, and it worked very well. I think Watto learnt that lesson last season and will have Joey starting on the bench against Toronto Except we don’t have a Tomkins style player to start the match - Atkin and Jones are not that type of player I don’t understand the idea that the ‘best’ 13 have to start. The 4 props will pretty much play 40 minutes each. So over the match the ‘weaker’ ones will give the same opportunities to the opposition. Seb is better suited to the impact type plays - coming on against a team that the more solid mossop and Dudson have worn down. I think Seb could start from what I’ve seen of him but Mossop is less likely to take advantage of a tiring hooker/LF/2nd row than Seb because of their different attributes and styles. I think you nullify his threat a little by using him for the arm wrestle stage at the beginning. I don’t think Seb would be standing out so much as our best forward if he was starting. I wonder if Wattos thinking with Yates was that he is more agile and quicker so will be better exploiting gaps against tiring defences than Burke? But I personally would start with Yates for his tackling. That said, I think against Saints starting Mossop was a mistake. He had non pre-season minutes and looked off the pace to me. The first and last 20 are the most important against Saints as that is when Walmsley is on. (Again i wonder if that’s why Burke played the first 20 - to have more size v Walmsley?). Normally I’d have Moose playing the first 20 but think he might have been better coming on later this time. He has also developed a habit of losing the ball in one if his first carries. In the semi v Wigan we got a penalty. In the final it was given as a knock on. And he clearly knocked on on Friday. But other than that there are not many more solid opening spell props than him I don’t think

I’m not sure that it matters that we don’t have the perfect Tomkins replica to do the initial stint (if thats what Watson decides to do) as long as they keep it tidy and don’t miss any tackles. I realise it isn’t that simple but Tomkins adapted to that role himself so I’m sure others can. Jones is probably best suited to this rather than Atkin - although he isn’t the biggest if he grits his teeth for 25 minutes I’m sure he can do a job.

Would be worth a try. joey has great tackle stats which is the last thing we want ! They just ran at him to nullify him. A left field choice would be Flash at 9 but that’d be odd with 2 others on the books. I did say early on that we’d miss Tomkins. Jones might well be the better choice for now.

In theory we should be able to boss the Toronto pack, that was never on the cards against Saints.
I'd go with a game plan of kicking them early and making them start each set from deep until they run out of steam This should be the type of game Brown bosses and you'd hope Tui would run rings around them.

And hope Sonny Bill Williams Doesn't get to Much possession, The pitch will be in Better condition than Headingley on Sunday, As long as it Doesn't Piss it down all Friday night during Sale V (Were going down )Saracens.

Burke is potentially the tackling type hooker and he's played there. Good versatile player then available for other parts of the game. But yes I think Flanagan should be around in some way as he adds more ball playing to the team. Think Pauli is a luxury at the moment. Pity something up with Walker, he could have been a starting prop until Mossop gets up to speed.

I think we've won way more than we've lost with Childs as ref. Love him or hate him.

I agree my main gripe with Childs is not regarding bias , more that he is too whistle happy and never let’s a game flow .

Ed Chamberlain could potentially play Unless you’re in the know,I don’t see him playing this week as Watto has said no wholesale changes which is why I think 1-7 will be unchanged. Surely Inu is above him in the pecking order?

Inside Superleague this week. I think an odd, dullish programme..but of course, modernised... Footage of the boys training and interview, not great, with Joey

Connor Jones and Ryan Lannon are included in this weeks 21 man squad. All indication from Jones' Instagram says he will start.
