I know the dust hasn't even settled but to get over tonight we look to next week. After tonight what would you 17 be? I think Williams didn't do him self any favours after a great pre season and Lussick definitely needs to be spelt.

Good idea! I’d also bring Inu in but Watson isn’t one for knee jerk reactions in the backs. Definitely a hooker on the bench. Personally I’d stick Pauli in the reserves for a few weeks but I’d imagine he’ll be in the squad. I think Johnson brings more than Burke on the bench who still doesn’t manage enough minutes for my liking.

I’d have Yates to replace Greenwood. It may be that Greenwood’s stats are better than I thought and,if so,I hold my hands up and he plays |

Either way, we’ve always looked slicker and quicker in the opposition 20m with Flash acting as an extra pivot. |

Lannon is playing today so i guess we'll see but definitely a straight swap for greenwood who clearly isn't fit yet and is going to take a while to get fit.

Wonder if Greenwood’s knee has gone? He stayed on after the injury but was wasn’t moving well for the last few minutes. Either way I’d bring Lannon in if he’s fit. Other than that I wouldn’t make many changes. I think the team that was picked deserves a chance against a team that isn’t saints. Ideally we would start another hooker with Lussick starting on the bench but we haven’t got a steady Eddie Logan Tomkins type
Williams was ok but caught ball watching a couple of times. I’d start Yates with Burke on the bench. Moose looked off the pace but he’s had no pre-season minutes so he’ll be better for the game yesterday

Id make a few changes,Although saints are really strong. Felt there are better players waiting in the wings. Id go something like this:

Yates can easily play 80,id spell pauli with mccarthy and lannon. I feel it's worth splitting up ikahifo and pauli also

We have to be very careful not to be 'that' team that loses its first two games. It would put pressure on everyone at the club. With Toronto losing their opener they will be targeting us as a potential first win. We simply cannot let this happen. This game is that important imo.
We really need to up the performance or we'll be staring down a barrel even after two rounds.

Nothing more frustrating than to see us bring on better players when we’re 12 points down. That why I’d start with Seb and Yates. Theres an exception to every rule. Last season we had Logan Tomkins starting and then brought on Joey,a better player,and it worked very well. I think Watto learnt that lesson last season and will have Joey starting on the bench against Toronto |
