Usual negativity on here. We have to do something really daft to be relegated. I was more concerned about our attacking plans. Watto should keep showing the Perpignan video to show them by getting it wide we will score tries - 5 drives and an up and under (Nobles ONLY tactic) just wont do. Inu looks ready for retirement. If we cant move Olpherts on now then he is better than Johnson who is a turnstile in defence. Spoke to Welham who I think will stay but the daily 4 hour drive could tell & as for Junior he wants to play, is fit and surely worth a spot in the 17. Its not a money problem by the way Mr Dixon. Positives - Lolo looks classy and hope will gel soon - Murray possibly back & Walker too next week. Whatever the problem he should be playing.Mr Bath.

You can be poor and we were. But you can defend for your life we didn’t our line defence is woeful. Huddersfield were more enthusiastic and deserved the win.I don't like saying it but we missed Lui for his organising.Lolohea does not give us that although he had a decent game.We are now in a relegation scrap for sure. And the first blame to Lolohea. Lui would have change nothing tonight get a grip. That performance tonight was bad all round. Friend I did not blame Lolohea and I did think we missed Lui we missed an organisiner.

We have a replacement who I think is more than a equal. We need to get back to the attacking rugby of a few weeks back and not the stuff played at Wigan and last night. Players coming back especially forwards will help this

Forgot all about Luke Robinson.
That feckless Irish tosser Bob Geldof should employ him, I mean he is obviously a miracle worker with water seeing that not once last night did he carry any onto the pitch when he was rehydrating the Huddersfield players.

Players coming back especially forwards will help this I think Lui's footwork is superior at the minute to Lolohea's. His step and short burst of acceleration is difficult to defend against and TL doesn't have that at the minute. If Watto can get him to shift a stone (he still looks way too hefty for a 6 to me) I think this will improve massively. I've just had a look at some of his NRL highlights and didn't realise he played wing in his early Warriors days so he obviously has the speed and his footwork looked pretty nifty too. Get him in shape and he'll definitely be more of a threat in attack.

Dixon is back is back on form. Ha ha! That sounds like something Bros would sing: "When will I will I be famous?" I'm not having a dig here, just trying to raise a smile. After last night I need one. 😭

Lolohea was obviously brought in with an eye on the future - he’s 24 and decent backs are not lining up to sign for us. But it’s hard to claim he’s an upgrade on Lui right now or that it’s a sensible decision to change a settled halfback pairing at this stage.
But whats done is done and I hope he comes good. I still think he’s a big risk and if that makes me pessimistic and a doomsayer then so be it.
On the plus side, his short kicking seems to be an upgrade on anything we’ve had so far this season. And I doubt Hastings will be that ineffective playing inside him many more times (lets be honest he tried hard but achieved very little).

Barring a bad bounce of the ball then Lolohea would have scored from Hastings kick through on the 2nd tackle. Believe it would have swung the game if scored but move on, decent performance with men back vs Wire then surely target a win against Catalans the week after.

I must have a masochistic streak as I watched it again this morning. For thirty minutes we were on top but then the wheels came off. I would think that is because our pack could not maintain the intensity it managed to begin with. Throughout the first half Huddersfield's forwards were making more yards than ours and we were finding them a handful. I think we would have coped far better with Mossop, Walker and Griffin on the field. This shows how thin our squad is and we have been lucky with injuries so far this season. Last year we seemed a bit short in the backs; this year in the forwards.
The more we ran out of gas in the second half, the more Huddersfield grew in confidence and their last try was scored against a very tired team that was on its knees. We also seem to lack real pace and that was exposed a bit last night too. I think we will be safe with three more wins so we need to step up our game over the next few weeks to maintain a secure position in the League table.
I am not suggesting we deserved to win because we didn't and were clearly second best in the last fifty minutes, but we weren't helped by the two video ref decisions. It seems to me that the referee will award a try without reference to the video ref if he sees the ball grounded properly, but the current rules require him to guess if he's not sure and the video ref then has to support that guess if the TV cameras are not conclusive. I would contend that there was still uncertainty even after several reviews - particularly with the first half Video Ref try. Why can't incidents be sent up to the Video Ref with a signal that means "I don't know" so the video ref can award the try if he is certain? I think if he is uncertain the try should not be awarded. We suffered in the same way at St Helens too.

I hope you didn’t spend too much on your way home a week today Dave I agree with all what you have said about last night’s match plus we bombed a couple of chances in the that first half that we have been taking in other matches.

London that's all you can be honest. As you know one or two thought I was calling Lolohea when i wasn't it best to read what someone writes not what you had thought they wrote. As for being honest at the press conference Watto said at times it was embarrassing now that is being honest.

Poor display after a promising start. Expecting nothing against Warrington but I wasn’t last time either so, you never know. Next two home games important .

But by the sound of it we needed the money to make up for the shortfall in attendances. There's probably only Hastings, Lui and Evalds that we could've cashed in on so out of them three it was the only choice really.

The only good thing about Thursday was knowing I was up yesterday to fly out and watch todays Grand Depart of the Tour De France in Brussels.
I'll have a beer and some stoofvlees for you all 👍
