With Flash, the attack looks more fluent with him on the pitch so I’d keep him in. Burke is getting there though.
Olpherts, has his moments but not all of them are good - Chamberlain is just a better player despite not being an out and out winger but needs game time as well.
Murray, I like him and he’s improving all the time. Will have a few dodgy moments but can be forgiven. Can but in long stints which is useful. I’d keep him in.
Wakefield is our bogey ground. I went to this game every year when I lived in Leeds and every year we were terrible! Lately we’ve been better but still lost by close margins. Not overly confident for tomorrow- on paper they have a good team and that pack is massive.

Murray has been ace, not a chance he gets dropped. The amount of work he gets through is phenomenal and he’s still really young which is quite scary. Agree about Ben but if we get it right these two could potentially be cornerstones of the pack for years to come

I don’t think it was a coincidence that Wigan scored their three first half tries when Murray was off the field. Our intensity in defence dropped when he came off and more so when dudson and flash did.

Short of a pack leader when Flash goes off but sadly Flash and Lui have slowed down too much. Lui missed 6 tackles against Wigan.

Flash has never been quick
Lui regularly has a relatively high miss tackle count. I think it is mainly because he defends on the side that most teams prefer to attack and gets targeted by their second rowers. Half backs defending on the right often have a mixed defensive record. Most players are right handed and prefer (and are better at) passing right to left so tends to be most teams strongest attacking side
Last week our right edge had four internationals attacking them - Greenwood, Williams, Gildart and Burgess. No wonder they had a hard time.
For the penultimate try, Walker missed the first tackle on Greenwood and Turgut missed the second. Then they had an 3v2 overlap on Chamberlain and Olpherts. For the last one the middles didn’t drift quickly enough, Chambrlain stepped up too quickly leaving a 2 on 2 - Gildart and Burgess v Lui and Olpherts. Lui made a good leg tackle on Gildart but Olpherts got attracted a step towards the ball so when Gildart offloaded Burgess was outside Olpherts. Tiny fractions that Wigan ruthlessly exploited

Just seen the teams - it is going to be a long day! Wakefield team is so much bigger. Will be very surprised if we get anything from this one.

Too many pens cost us again think they scored off all of them, not good enough giving teams easy points, roll on hull next week

Some poor last tackle options, loose passes etc. Another game that in hindsight we could have won, but every time you say that you think maybe we are just snot good enough to win those tight/marginal games.
Their pack was pretty dominant which laid the platform for position and ultimately tries.

Too many penalties again and some really odd decisions on 5th tackle. Ref was poor for both teams. We didn't do enough to keep Brough quiet either. Disappointing.

Normally I would say get the basics right - keep it tight in the first half then open things up in the second - but I think we need to hit Hull hard right from the off next week. They folded against Wire and I think they would do again if we get some early points scored. Next week is a big game.

Sorry but against juggernauts like PP and Fafita you have to tackle low, can't even begin to work out how many hand offs there big forwards got in.
Take our leading try scorer off, switch Chamberlain to #1 just to accommodate Inu was a shock.
Trying to take them on up the middle of the park was beyond foolish.
All in all it was a shockingly inept performance and on some level it lies with the coaching staff for the lack of educated tactics.
