Got to feel this is the one we need to win, do so and think we're pretty much home and dry, don't and we are still in prime position but a couple of tricky games get a hell of a lot harder.
For me we need Koppy and Mossop to play in this if possible as Rowley will surely send his mob out to get under our skin with their dirty play, Tasi plays and he doesn't finish the game in my opinion and we above all need to protect Hastings as they will target him for sure and it wouldn't surprise me if they tried to hurt him.
Will go for a narrow win and I'd not bet against more cards than a popular kids birthday party being shown.

The worry is the number of clubs on 4 points, although we’d have settled for this at the beginning of the play offs. I think Jackson can look after himself but it promises to be lively. As Hastings said last night,Toronto have an NRL pack and the Lussick parents are coming over for the game

Mossop Wood Burgess Lannon Jones Flanagan Subs Lussick Tasi Koppy Nakabuwi I'd think enough to put out against a set I'd ageing Aussies . Burgess hurt a few last week and got plenty of minutes in
We won last time with 12 men, sadly J Carneys last game. Hold them in their half for 20 mins and then run them round the park. Need to tighten up on our first sets, Widnes and Halifax both scored first.

It's imperative that we don't let them score first on Saturday, they are already a confident bunch and them going ahead early would make them much more dangerous.
Must make sure we are attacking the South stand in the first half to get the players fired up near our line and above all keep the ball alive as they will tire before us with a days less prep and a transatlantic journey in their legs.

When I’ve watched them they have used Sims and Lussick together for two twenty minute spells - as soon as they went off they looked rudderless. If our big lads can hold their own in those spells and not get sent off I think we’ll have too much for them.

Lussick and Simms v. Mossop and Burgess. I know who my money is on and it's not Toronto. Burgess knocked a few over on Sunday.

I think on Saturday it's about composure, completion, good kicking and no mistakes.
From what I've seen of Toronto most of their tries come from poor defence in the Championship. If we can hold their pack and keep the game tight I think our better fitness will see us through.
There will be a lot of cheap shots with the intention of disrupting our players and all I hope is we have a referee who deals with the infringements in the proper way.
Let's hope the crowd get behind the boys like they did on Sunday.

If we play anything like we've been doing the past 4 games, we'll be absolutely fine in this one I'm sure.

Just hope it doesn't go down to a drop goal in the last minute from the half way line! But I hope he gets a good welcome back.

Really surprised (well not really surprised at all) that the club aren’t doing more to market such a big game. International football weekend, won the last 4 having just pulmorised Halifax, great players such as Hastings - where is the publicity?!
I thought the club might have done a cheap deal for this game to get the casual fans to attend - send a positive message to Hastings and the sky audience.
Anyway I’ve got 3 extra coming with myself given our football team aren’t playing. I guess it’s down to the fans to do the marketing - as always seems to be the case with this club - to try and convince extra friends and family to attend.

Despite our good start this still is another must win really. If we pick up a couple of losses there's a real chance that the Toulouse home game could be a decider for both clubs in regards to a top 3 finish or ending up in the MPG.
If we can take 1000 to an away game we should be getting 3k minimum as a home attendance.
Let's hope they don't all end up back at Salford city this weekend.

Griffin is back in the squad - thats all we need! Him and Tasi are guaranteed at least a yellow between them.

Murray is much more reliable less likely to give away penalties and effective than Griffin, Nakubuwai missing out through injury is a blow as think we need our biggest pack possible to out muscle Toronto.
Slightly worried now I've seen the squad as only have 3 real props in the 19 and don't think that's enough for a game like Saturday will surely be.

the weather forecast is to be wet ... so I agree. Also too many punters are favouring us, we are on TV, and they wil target our play makers: glass only one quarter full and three quarter empty!
