Think Lui will play full back, big miss in the halves though if he does, hopefully shorrocks will slot in there and make up for his loss

Terrible news although after the beating he took against Catalans I’m sure Lui wouldn’t mind a bit more space at full back.

Yes Olpherts has played #1 for Gateshead I'm sure, might see a little more from him with more broken fields to attack.
If Shorrock plays and JLJ doesn't get a sniff then I think that's the end of him, just get the feeling he's missing home and isn't fully committed to the cause, pity but it happens from time to time.
Would have liked to have seen the reported new recruits/loan signings come in in time to freshen the squad up a little, do feel much more confident with Koppy and Mossop likely to both return, the pack looks rock solid with them both back, just hope Tasi has done some anger management training and isn't going bell ringing with each hit.

Lack of strength in the halves stands out unbelievably. No one craft at all. Given Littlejohn the benefit of the doubt up to now but I just don't see what he can offer. Kicking game is average at best. 3rd try we gave away was shocking. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Looked tired towards the end but 3 games in 8 days has took its toll. Will Tasi ever learn? needs to get a grip with the high shots once and for all. 🙄

Consistency, will we have it through this season, we need put a run of games together, otherwise we could be facing the championships sides come end of the season

Watson made some poor choices today. You can't play your only attacking threat in a position he's never played. You can't stick in a youngster at HB who's been here a week. You can't keep giving Littlejohn a shirt if you're being honest with yourself. You can't expect players from lower divisions to perform miracles in this particular team. You can't win games without pace. You wont win games by ignoring the fact that you have very few options in the backs from before pre-season. And the list goes on...
I feel sorry for our forwards who are decent and give their all, but without quality behind them it's all for nothing. Imagine what it's going to look like when Lui picks up his first knock of the season?
We are poor at the moment, and Watson needs to take that responsibility as it's his job to sort it out, not keep messing it up. We have bags of effort, but it's not going to get you through these types of games...

When Watson played he conjured up tricks from half back - run arounds, face balls, pi$$ offs, chips, dummy runners, reverse passing - the list goes on.
We are seeing nothing positive at all no wonder we cannot pull in fans.
Drastic action required and I agree with Carnstar - Our only attacking threat is Lui and he is played at Full Back! Astounding decision.
Mind you if Bibby had used an iota of sense we would have been in with a shout. What a cockup.
GO & get Sammut or Chisholm @ Bradford.
