According to the last accounts I saw,the Club was 100% owned by one of the Euromatech companies . That company was dissolved earlier this year. I assume he now owns the shares. Yes,he can send the company down by simply withdrawing his support. I assume he hasn’t done that and he will transfer all the shares into a Trust,at which point he’s given them away. As you correctly said, the only issue then would be personal guarantees

Can a debt be transferred to a Trust? Thought assets only.

So what is the debt and who now owns it? I’m no expert, but I think the debt is with the 2013 club. You’d need to have confirmation from a creditor to be sure

Downloaded last set of accounts , can't see any mention of another company , your right Bonita Euromatech was dissolved in August this year , he only has 1 other company registered at companies house for hotels . He also has a charge on the club , set up in October 2014 , no amount mentioned but its a debenture to potentially get him monies back if there were any and there isn't . As i see it he's the sole Director of a company that without either money in or extreme cost saving isn't solvent , therefore sale of players makes sense he might even get some of his loans back that way , but facts are as of last set of accounts the club is over £8m in debt and losing money hand over fist ?

Back to BMM if the Doc is going and we seem to be in a state of limbo until the new board/trust is formed who would rubber stamp his sale?
For me can only be Koucash who has the ability to do so.

Some reports that HKR may re-enter the frame for BMM now. If he's going to go then a bidding war only suits us.

How does a bidding war suit the club, if as mentioned above is correct only Koukash will benefit from any money coming in to repay his loan?
