Good result for Salford last night - Wakey need to win both their remaining games and we have to lose all 3 for them to finish in the top 4.
Mathematically a possibility let's hope we don't implode and get at least a win from the last 3!

Mathematically a possibility let's hope we don't implode and get at least a win from the last 3! It's a definite possibility ... I can only think of SRD's past at moments like this. The present when it's this good is all about the alarm clock waking me up any moment now. They can do it, I hope they do do it .... Damn ..

Yes but there are another 7 games after that to determine if we are in the top four and in with a shout of Old Trafford.

Good result again tonight although I thought Bentham really favoured Saints. Don't know why Hemings had to have a dig at us about I hope the Salford public turns up on Sunday. Looked plenty of gaps in crowd at Saints. Thought there looked more than 3700 against Hudds on Sunday.

Hemmings is a biased moron with hair made from Donald Trumps hair-plug cast-offs coloured-in with black biro, and a face like a Yorkshire pudding thrown under a scrum. His general disdain for anyone but Warrington would be laughable if it wasn't sadder than Ray French's nappy changer the day after Jalfrezi night...

Personally would have preferred a hull win tonight, still worry saints could go on a good run. Not far enough away yet for my liking

If you can't knock the way we're playing have a go at attendances! Hopefully tomorrow we can win and shut the sycophants up

The marketing is much improved in recent weeks too, and showing no signs of stopping. Also got an email regarding junior devils last week which is the first I've heard all season. Certainly an improvement

Certainly an improvement I don't think it's for a change gadger I've seen sign of steady improvements, step by step, in for the long haul stuff for a while.

If my maths are right, and think they are, the Super 8's currently look like this:
Cas - 22 Leeds - 16 St Helens - 13 Salford - 12 Hull - 12 Wakefield - 12 Hudds - 9 Wigan - 7
We really need a result this week against Cas to give us a boost going into the Super 8's (obviously the last game against Leigh doesn't help us), and that would also ensure a top 4 finish.
It is small steps, and I can't remember the last time I was this excited about Super League going into the last 1/3 of a season (and with a semi-final to come too).

Where are those figures from and what do they represent? Current league positions and points are: 1 Cas 36 2 Leeds 28 3 Salford 26 4 Hull 25 5 Wakefield 24 6 Saints 21 7 Wigan 21 8 Huddersfield 19
