Good all rounder, ball player, tackles, plays 6,12,13…but in Wigan terms not front row material…yes be a great 13

Joe Shorrocks the Wigan Second rower Supposed to be signing for us, Had to check it wasn't Jake Shorrocks of Toulouse, who had a rather memorable🤔😒 loan spell at Salford in 2018. He is a solid worker but deffo not a Prop. But would replace Addy if we moved him on which if it is the case is smart business. |

Shorrocks is exactly the kind of player Solly should go for. After all he will join Burgess, Bourmouh, Partington, Singleton and and erm perhaps erm Byrne, Bullock, Powell and Harvie Hill!!!

I have it on good authority that we are signing an exciting young Aussie half back to replace Brodie. There are 10 or so players off contract right now so take your pick. I think a reset on the attack will be welcomed. Last season Rowleyball went missing. I'd take an improved forward pack for the sale of Brodie. Croft is a fantastic player but was quiet last season, so change is welcomed. Ackers will be tough to replace but he did not want to be at Salford. 100% we do not sign Austin, and Cust is a last resort.

Seem to remember a similar melt down when Hastings left, then we got croft. Thing is if we go and find another decent Hb we can "Salfordise" into a superstar, it will all be forgotten |
