When he first came onto the scene was standout, but recent years not really happened for him with injury and limited game time, I'd give Powell a shot, got that winning mentality

The problem with Powell is he doesn’t really have any go forward like Akers so we’d have to change are style a fair bit. Probably is who else is out there? I would have said bill layland at London but now there up you’d assume they will keep him. I’ve heard a rumour Sam burgess isn’t a fan of Dwyer

Now just a thought where would we be if Croft had wanted to stay. I think he did want to stay didn't he but I assume he left for the good of the club as we were desperate for the cash? Now I'm no body language expert, but if you've seen any of his Leeds promo vids from yesterday, he didn't look genuinely overjoyed to be at Leeds to me. Maybe I'm wrong/bias because I hate Leeds but I thought there was a bit of sadness in his eyes that he'd left our shitty/tinpot/"offers nothing to SL" club!☹️ Don't get me wrong I think he's the ultimate pro and he'll give 110% whatever shirt he's wearing but I think he'd be wearing a Salford shirt for life if we could afford to keep him and he never got an NRL offer to allow him to go back home. PS. Not for one moment am I saying we're anywhere near as big a club as Leeds but we've got an amazing playing group and the camaraderie just seems on another level than it does at other clubs. Just look at how well we're talked about by the likes of Flash, Jacko, Moose, Kev B etc. |

Supposed to be signing for us, Had to check it wasn't Jake Shorrocks of Toulouse, who had a rather memorable🤔😒 loan spell at Salford in 2018.
