We've been in talks with two utility backs from Aus. Not a clue who they are but apparently one from Intrust cup their feeder teams.

Another name that's cropped-up is Vai Toutai who would run all over SL defenses. He has been released by the Eels after scrapping with a bike gang member, so maybe not the calmest character.

You couldn't question his bottle if he has glassed a 'bikey' Would be devastating in SL but with a Hell Angel club house just down the road in Cadishead he might be moving nearer to another problem  He won't get a gig in the NRL so might be worth a punt, get Junior taking him to church and sort his head out. |

Alex Foster from Bradford.Centre, backrow and loose forward. Foster isn't that bad a shout as a squad player, young English and can cover a good few positions. Very much suspect someone like him would be taken and then instantly loaned out (possibly back to Bradford) and recalled in a hurry if injuries demanded. Says on Wikipedia that he is from Gloucestershire, has he come through the Leeds link up with the All Golds? |

Getting to the point now if we were signing someone from Australia/NZ that we'd struggle to get the visas sorted in time for the Wigan game, if the player/players are from a lower level comp the visa is always going to be more problematical based on appearances. |

Getting to the point now if we were signing someone from Australia/NZ that we'd struggle to get the visas sorted in time for the Wigan game, if the player/players are from a lower level comp the visa is always going to be more problematical based on appearances. Not bothered by this, as would rather we signed the right one instead of rushing it. |

Snippet on 5th tackle, West's are releasing Kyle Lovett due to cap issues and we're interested. He didn't have a decent game. I had a look at what the Wests fans were saying on their forum and the kindest thing they say about him is that he's a grafter that always puts in the effort and is okay if he plays backrow. Not sure on this. I think an overseas spot should be going to someone who we desperately need. Lovett doesn't sound like an 'essential' addition seeing as his utility skills seem limited. On the plus side, he's still young and may benefit from coming over here, and his lower-grade record is actually pretty impressive. |

I'm not on FB but my mates just sent me some screen shots of a conversation, an individual recons we've made a huge bid for an English SL back, we're talking a lot of money plus the wages that'll
go with it.
I personally think it's pie in the sky, the only name I could muster was Watkins, but 500k come on.....
Sure he's 2 years into a long deal and on last seasons performances I wouldn't offer 100k.
Anyway who evers going today hope it's an enjoyable one and we don't pick up an injuries.
