But talking about in-comings will make all of us feel better than who's left! Is there a center out there with a bit of class that wants to play in RED?

Can Carney play centre? He has the size and speed to do so, I'd go for Kevin Naiqama (who wants to come to SL when he's young enough to make an impression) to join the back line and then you have no end of flexibility.

No unfortunately not, it was a someone who knows someone type of conversation so it may well be swollocks.

Thought Atkins was going back to the dark side with Wakefield?

Thought Atkins was going back to the dark side with Wakefield? At least he's a center, provides service to his wingers and runs at the line himself!😯

As do Junior and Jones.
Much, much better.

Atkins would be a step backwards for us in my opinion.

Atkins would be a step backwards for us in my opinion. Wouldn't be the first time time though, would it Carnster? But what are the options available? It is one of the poorer implications of ending up in the middle 8 and the MPG. Are there any decent centers in the Championship worthy of a go at the moment?😕

Not sure of your point here dixon we were, well I was, talking of the effects of the MPG and possible relegation on recruitment.

You've Only got to look to Widnes & Wakey , safe in the Top 8 , both were announcing signings & scouting for recruitment at our first qualifiers game against Huddersfield .
Leeds even though they dropped in to the Qualifiers , no one thought they were in any Danger -
Out owners ' decision ' on whether he was staying or going had far more impact than the Mpg
