It also penalises clubs who are involved in more cup matches and GP extra time than others. Surely as good a reason as any to get rid of GP extra time.

Brierley signed a new improved deaL in the off season (3 years i think) and I imagine will probably be in top 3 earners in the squad.
So fb is not a position we need to look at.
Connel in the wings as back up.
Pretty much every other position needs strengthening before FB 🤣

Brierley and Hank haven’t got long left and Connell is untested a better club would be looking to the future but maybe we’re not in the position to do they yet unfortunately

Retaining the majority of our first choice will be key. Something that hasn't happened in an age. By the looks of it, we will retain our very competent spine, adding a quality half in Nikorima rather than losing one. Marsters can slip into the halves as well as Nikorima who can slip into the Hooker role. If we can hold onto Lafai we will still have the strongest set of centres in SL. I think we have solid squad players, but we could do with a few more. A quality forward to come in would be most welcome as well. Retention will be our biggest plus for next season, rather than a busy set of transfers. |

Nene to the wing masters and Lafai at centre Can't see the point in moving nene from centre , him and lafai are the best I'm SL by some way. He'd be less effective in the wing as less ball in hand. Like the idea of nikorima to hooker and Martsers to SO |
