It doesn’t tell you how long they are in the position for I’m not sure why that matters but if you need to know I believe Shirley and John will serve 3 years; Ryan, Niven and Luke two years and David one year. Not sure about Heather but probably 2 or 3. I’ll stand corrected if I’m wrong It matters because that's what we voted for |

So I voted for who I wanted to get the longest tenure. |

As far as I can tell when I go onto the website and follow instructions from the email they is no minutes or anything from the meeting just a notice to hold a meeting and I could only find who the new board are and not how long I wanted to know like kilop said we voted who we wanted the longest tenure and also so we know who will be replaced in a year or 2 or so we can blame whoever got the 3 year tenure lol Just a thought but if the fans aren’t happy with how the new board handles business can we get the tenures changed  |

Sorry Salfordsdevil, but if you are not happy with the way the board runs things, perhaps you should stand for election yourself next time?

I’m not complaining about the new board which has only been in place a week I was just asking a question like if we aren’t happy in a years or 2 time what happens do we vote to remove or do we wait

What authority does the elected Borad have cf the Rosler Board? If you are an owner / member, which I feel sure you are, you can submit this question for consideration at the first meeting. Then all other owners / members can see the answer in the published minutes. Right and proper way to do it. |
