We all know when nofa is fit he plays but there not gonna come out and say that I’d probably say cross will be the man out with Hank playing well but there’s no doubt Lafai or nene will get injured at some point so Hank/ cross will get games at centre

Is it slightly concerning that he hasn't made the 17 yet? Rowly said say why should wingers move aside for him when they have been playing really well which is very true it be a shame for players doing a great job to be move aside like what’s happened in the past which didn’t work out as much Because he's a better player, a natural winger with pace and a quality finisher. Williams never let us down on the wing but Sio and Burgess always went straight back in, because there is a clear gulf between Sio/Burgess and Williams. Just like there is a clear gulf between Nofo and player centres on the wing.

Makes you wonder why we didn't use the quota spot for a prop mind, as they would definitely have walked straight in. Props also need conditioning. Club can't do right for doing wrong here. If we brought a prop in they'd get hammered for not replacing Burgess & Sio. Nofo will make his mark, don't worry about that. Better to make sure he's 100% than throw him in at 80-85% and then have him sat on the sidelines through injury. As for our pack I think they've done great the first 3 games. Jack is back somewhere like his 2022 form, Singo is consistently solid, the 2nd row remain a threat with ball in hand & are getting through loads of work defensively and Shorrocks already looks like a great signing. Big shout out to Hellewell as well. Stood next to him in the bar on Saturday and there's nothing physically imposing about him at all but he gets through a ton of work and he's tough. Another cracking Championship pick-up by the club who won't ever let us down.

Williams was a great player who shouldn’t have been pushed aside for burgess but sadly was as burgess in my opinion was a big let down last year … maybe Rowly has learnt something from last year don’t cast aside inform players for someone who’s first choice who has been injured…. Maybe nofo will get a game in reserves before first team

Maybe nofo will get a game in reserves before first team Burgess form dropped off last year but on his day was a level above Williams class wise. I'm a big Williams fan, solid, dependable and he rarely let us down. He's the very definition of a "club man". Budgie just had the X factor and that extra couple of yards of pace. He's similar to Handley at Leeds in the fact that once he gets into open field 9/10 you ain't gonna be stopping him.

He might be better than Williams but soon as his form dipped he should have been replaced Williams might not be faster or stronger but you know he was on form no matter what
Anyway he isn’t in the 21 man squad for saints so they could be abit concerning or he might end up in reserves first hopefully to get some game time in him

Hallelujah, at least the club saw the light and binned him off. Good riddance. Now use the money on 2 UK based players, preferably a young prop and a young winger.

I know everyone will be saying a prop but I am hoping for a fast running standoff to be honest, neither Atkin or Cust are what we need and our attack is suffering because of it.

We never got the chance to see what he could do when fit and motivated which is sad.
Of course, that also means we won’t miss him.
Pity all round.
