Hankinson is mainly a centre but with his size, speed and skill could fit into the second row aka Watkins Think we’re ok for sr 😂

Agreed, plus he runs hard and scatters a few. Cross has gone backwards big time for me and ideally should only be used when we have injuries He's just not good enough tbh.

Speed v security…interesting What do you mean JJR you prefer Cross to Hankinson as a second winger if Ryan is not fit?

If he's up against Hall on Saturday I'd put Hankinson there. Evalds is on the other flank he has done well the first couple of games for KR.

Thing that lets Hankinson down is his lack of pace although against Hall that won't, or at least shouldn't, be an issue!
Evalds is a funny one. Yes he's scored a few in his first couple of games but they've literally just been walk-ins and I don't recall him doing much else in the games. He's definitely not a natural winger.
Nofo should add loads to our backline if he's fully fit and really looking forward to seeing what he can do.

Is it slightly concerning that he hasn't made the 17 yet?

No not really, had a week of training, and Rowley was showing confidence in the team that got the win against CAS, another week on the training pitch will do him good, can probs see him starting Fri with hankinson poss moving to FB if brierley isn't fit

Not really, he hasn't done any pre season at all. Also needs to train consistently with the lads to get him used to how we play both in attack and defence

Is it slightly concerning that he hasn't made the 17 yet? Rowly said say why should wingers move aside for him when they have been playing really well which is very true it be a shame for players doing a great job to be move aside like what’s happened in the past which didn’t work out as much

Makes you wonder why we didn't use the quota spot for a prop mind, as they would definitely have walked straight in.

It’s a long season K and we do lack speed when the ground dries out
